| المستخلص: | يعتبر التركيب البنائي النسجي من العوامل الرئيسة التي يعتمد عليها المصمم في التوصل إلى خواص القماش المطلوب تحقيقها؛ سواء كانت خواصا ميكانيكية أو طبيعية؛ حيث إنها تؤدي دورا هاما في تحديد جودة المنتج النهائي ومدى مناسبة أدائه الوظيفي.\nوتحظى خواص القماش في الوقت الحالي بعناية مكثفة لدى العاملين والباحثين في مجال تطوير وتحسين الأقمشة المنتجة؛ وذلك للإيفاء بمتطلبات الاستخدام، وكذلك اللحاق بركب التقدم والرقي في مجال تقنية وتصميم المنسوجات؛ مما يملي علينا ضرورة تطوير منتجاتنا للوصول بها إلى مستوى من الجودة يحقق لها المقدرة على فرض فاعليتها في مجال المنافسة محليا وعالميا. \nوهدفت الدراسة إلى: تحديد أنسب العوامل البنائية لأقمشة ملابس العمال التي تحقق جودة الأداء الوظيفي، وتحديد خواصها الفيزيقية والميكانيكية، ووضع مواصفات تنفيذية جديدة لإنتاج أقمشة تلائم الظروف المناخية في المملكة العربية السعودية. \nواعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعينات الأقمشة المحلية المستخدمة لملابس العمال. كما اعتمدت على المنهج التجريبي في تنفيذ عدد من التجارب لعينات منسوجة بمتغيرات في عوامل التركيب البنائي النسجي، ومن ثم الوصول لأفضل مواصفة نسجية تساعد على الوقاية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية وتحقيق الراحة الملبسية للوصول إلى كفاءة الأداء الوظيفي. \nومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: تحقيق خواص الحماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية وخواص الراحة الفسيولوجية في أقمشة ملابس العمال من خلال تأثير العوامل البنائية (عدد خيوط السداء واللحمة / السم، نمرة خيط السداء واللحمة - التركيب النسجي - نوع الخامة المستخدمة) ارتباط خواص الأقمشة الفيزيقية والميكانيكية بكفاءة الأداء الوظيفي لأقمشة ملابس العمال. \nويوصي البحث بمزيد من الدراسات في تطوير أقمشة ملابس العمل في مختلف القطاعات، لتوفير عنصر الراحة، والحماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية، والمتانة للاستخدام؛ لتحقيق متطلبات الأداء الوظيفي من خلال عوامل التركيب البنائي والنسجي؛ لأنها من أكثر العوامل ثباتا وفاعلية.\n The textile structural composition is one of the main factors that the designer relies on in arriving at the properties of the fabric to be achieved, whether mechanical or physical properties; As it plays an important role in determining the quality of the final product and the appropriateness of its functionality.\nThe fabric properties are currently receiving intense attention among workers and researchers in the field of developing and improving the produced fabrics that is in order to meet the requirements of use, as well as catch up with progress and advancement in the field of textile technology and design; Which dictates the need to develop our products to reach a level of quality that will enable them to impose their effectiveness in the field of competition locally and globally.\nThe study aimed to: Determine the most appropriate structural factors for fabrics of workers' clothes that achieve the quality of job performance, determine their physical and mechanical properties, and develop new executive specifications for the production of fabrics that suit the climatic conditions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\nThe study relied on the descriptive analytical approach for the samples of local fabrics used for workers' clothes. It also relied on the experimental method to carry out several experiments for woven samples with variables in the factors of textile structure and then reaching the best textile specification that helps protect from ultraviolet radiation and achieve clothing comfort to reach the efficiency of functional performance.\nAmong the most important results of the study: Achieving the properties of UV protection and physiological comfort properties in workwear fabrics through the influence of structural factors (number of warp and weft threads/centimeter, number of warp and weft threads - textile composition - the type of material used) Correlation of physical and mechanical properties of fabrics with the efficiency of the functional performance of workwear fabrics.\nThe research recommends more studies in the development of workwear fabrics in various sectors to provide comfort, protection from ultraviolet rays, and durability for use; To achieve functional performance requirements through structural and textile factors; Because it is one of the most stable and effective factors. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
