| المستخلص: | The present study aimed to identify: 1- The relationship between the scores of the sample on the scale of roles conflict and their grades on the scale of professional compatibility. 2- Differences between the average scores of the sample on the scale of roles conflict according to variables (number of years of work in the teaching profession, husband's level of education). 3- Differences between the average scores of the sample on the scale of professional compatibility according to variables (number of years of work in the teaching profession, husband's level of education). The sample consisted of (200) female teachers of the public schools in the city of Tartous. The study tools: scale of roles conflict and scale of professional compatibility. Statistical method: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, T test. The results of the study: There is a statistically significant correlational relationship at the level of significance of 0,05 between the degrees of the parameters on the scale of the conflict of roles and their degrees on the scale of profession compatibility. There are no statistically significant differences '' due to the variable number of years of work on the conflict of roles scale. There are statistically significant differences '' due to the variable number of years of work on the scale of professional compatibility for female teachers with more than 10 years of work. There are statistically significant differences ''due to the variable level of husband education on the scale of the conflict of roles in favor of female teachers, whose husbands have secondary education level and less. There are statistically significant differences'' due to the variable level of husband education on the scale of the professional compatibility for the benefit of female teachers, whose husbands have a higher educational level secondary. هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف: 1. العلاقة بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس صراع الأدوار ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق المهني. 2. تعرف الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس صراع الأدوار وفق متغيري (عدد سنوات العمل في مهنة التعليم، ومستوى تعليم الزوج). 3. تعرف الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس التوافق المهني وفق متغيري (عدد سنوات العمل في مهنة التعليم، ومستوى تعليم الزوج). وتكونت العينة من (200) معلمة من المدارس الحكومية تعليم أساسي (الحلقة الأولى والثانية) من مدينة طرطوس، أدوات الدراسة: مقياس صراع الأدوار لدى معلمات مرحلة التعليم الأساسي من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس التوافق المهني من إعداد سوسن الطحان. نتائج الدراسة: توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بين درجات المعلمات على مقياس صراع الأدوار ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق المهني، كما إنه لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل على مقياس صراع الأدوار، إلا إنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل على مقياس التوافق المهني لصالح المعلمات اللواتي لديهن سنوات عمل (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وكما إنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي للزوج على مقياس صراع الأدوار لصالح المعلمات اللواتي أزواجهن ذوي مستوى تعليمي ثانوية وما دون، وكذلك يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي للزوج على مقياس التوافق المهني لصالح المعلمات اللواتي أزواجهن ذوي مستوى تعليمي ما فوق الثانوية. |
