| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج توجيهي جمعي في تنمية مهارات العمل الجماعي لدى طلبة الصف الحادي عشر بمحافظة شمال الباطنة في سلطنة عمان. وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 120 طالبا وطالبة، قسمت عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية وضابطة. تكونت كل منهما من 60طالبا وطالبة. خضعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج توجيهي بينما تركت المجموعة الضابطة دون معالجة. وقد تم استخدام مقياس مهارات العمل الجماعي المأخوذ من دراسة وينج (Weng, 2000) وتكون المقياس من 38 عبارة موزعة على ستة أبعاد هي: المواءمة، التواصل، التنسيق، اتخاذ القرار، البينشخصية، والقيادة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على أبعاد مقياس مهارات العمل الجماعي في التطبيق البعدي، وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كذلك أظهرت نتائج اختبار "ت" وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على جميع أبعاد مقياس العمل الجماعي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الثنائي Two-way-Anova وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي على بعض أبعاد مقياس العمل الجماعي ولصالح الذكور، وأن أثر التفاعل بين متغير النوع الاجتماعي والمجموعة غير دال إحصائيا، وأشارت نتائج اختبار "ت" لمجموعتين مترابطتين، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية على التطبيقين البعدي والمتابعة، وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study aimed to assessment the effectiveness of guidance program in developing the teamwork skills among 11th grade students in North Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample included 120 students, randomly divided into two groups: experimental and control. Each consisting of 60 students. The experimental group exposed to the career guidance program, while the control group didn’t expose to any treatment. The Weng (2000) teamwork skill scale was used, and the standard consists of 38 words distributed across six dimensions: alignment, communication, coordination, decision making, interpersonalization, and leadership. The results showed statistically significant differences between the average responses of the experimental group and the control group on all dimensions of the teamwork skills scale in the post-application, in favor of the experimental group. The results of the T test showed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the experimental group scores in the tribal and remote applications on all dimensions of the teamwork skills scale for the post test. The results of the two-way-Anova analysis showed statistically significant differences for the gender variable on some dimensions of the teamwork skills scale and for males, and that the interaction effect between the gender variable and the group was not statistically significant. The results of the T test for two groups, There were no statistically significant differences between the average of the experimental group's scores on the post-implementation and follow-up. The study ended with a number of recommendations and suggestions. |
