| المستخلص: | L'objectif TEMPprincipal de notre étude est d'essayer de découvrir certaines lacunes dans le processus de formation des jeunes footballeurs Algériens, du fait que les résultats de nos catégories jeunes à l’échelle arabe et africain reste loin des ambitions. Ce processus qui à pour le moment un impact négatif sur les résultats des clubs seniors et même sur la composante humaine de la première équipe nationale. Et pour cela nous allons formés un échantillon de recherche composé de 07 formateurs et 08 gestionnaires des clubs algériens de l’est au cours de la saison sportive 2014/2015, en utilisant l'approche descriptive et analytique. Les résultats de l'étude ont montrés une faiblesse et une importante lacune dans la formation footballistique de nos jeunes sur tous les niveaux, entravant ainsi le progrès dans les niveaux de sport et dans sa carrière sportive. Enfin nos avons met un certain nombre de propositions qui pourraient contribuer au développement de football Algérien et permet de tracer des bases solides et des idées supplémentaires pour aider à l'avancement du niveau du football algérien si on arrive à corriger les faiblesses enregistrées sur les modalités de formation footballistique. إن الهدف الأساسي من الدراسة يتمثل في محاولة معرفة بعض من النقائص الموجودة في عملية تكوين لاعبي كرة القدم الجزائريين وحقيقة الأسباب التي أدت إلى عدم نجاحه، مما إثر سلبا على نتائج الأندية وفرض علينا الاعتماد كليا على المدارس الأوربية لتمويل المنتخب الوطني الأول. حيث شكلت عينة البحث من 07 مدربين و08 مسيرين من نوادي الشرق الجزائري خلال الموسم الرياضي 2014/2015، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد دلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود ضعف ونقص كبير في عملية تكوين اللاعب الجزائري على جميع المستويات مما يعيق من تقدمه في المستويات الرياضية وقصر مسيرته الكروية بحسب آراء المختصين. \nفي الأخير اهتم البحث بوضع عدد من الاقتراحات التي من الممكن أن تساهم في وضع أسس صحيحة وأفكار إضافية تساعد على النهوض بمستوى الكرة الجزائرية كون التكوين الجيد والعلمي وسيلة فعالة ومهمة في تنمية وتطوير المنظومة الكروية الجزائرية. The main objective of the study is to try to find out some of the shortcomings in the process of training Algerian football players and the truth about the reasons why it was not successful, which negatively affected the results of the clubs and forced us to rely entirely on European schools to fund the first national team. The research sample was composed of 07 coaches and 08 markers from the Algerian East clubs during the 2014/2015 sports season, using the descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study showed that there were a weakness and a significant lack in the process of training the Algerian player at all levels, which hinders his progress in sports levels and his short career, according to the opinions of specialists.\nIn the end, the research focused on developing a number of proposals that could contribute to the establishment of correct foundations and additional ideas that would help improve the level of Algerian football, as good and scientific training is an effective and important means in the improvement and development of the Algerian football system.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
