| المستخلص: | إن حديث عائشة رضي الله عنها في رضاع سالم مولي أبي حذيفة وهو كبير من الأحاديث المشكلة التي اختلف العلماء في فهمها وتوجيهها، فمنهم من عد الحديث منسوخا، ومنهم من عده خاصا بسالم خصوصية عين، ومنهم من عده خاصا به خصوصية وصف، والنظرة المقاصدية للحديث ترجح القول بإعمال الحديث، وتطبيق فتوى عائشة لكن وفق ضوابط علمية دقيقة تمنع من الانحراف عن طريق الشريعة المستقيم.
