| 520 | |a بحلول الألفية الثالثة تبين الاتجاه الجيد لسوق الطاقة العالمي، مما حفز الحكومة الجزائرية علي صياغة برامج طموحة طويلة المدي، حيث عرفت إطلاق المخططات الخماسية التنموية، علي غرار برنامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي (2001- 2004) بغلاف 6.9 مليار دولار، ثم مشروع دعم النمو الاقتصادي (2005- 2009) بقية 150 مليار دولار، وكذلك مخطط الاستثمار العمومي (2010- 2014) المقدر بـ 286 مليار دولار، وفي هذا السياق، تزمع هذه الورقات البحثية، للوقوف علي مدي استفادة فروع قطاع التأمين الجزائري، من المبالغ المنفقة علي تمويل مشاريع الاستثمار للفترة 2001- 2014. لاسيما بعد التحولات الهيكلية العميقة التي مست القطاع، من خلال القانون رقم 06/ 04 الصادر في 20 فيفري 2006 المعدل والمكمل للقانون رقم 95/ 07 المؤرخ في 25 جانفي 1995، ومن ثم نقوم بدارسة العلاقة بين الإصلاحات الهيكلية المنتهجة في سوق التأمين الجزائري، وذلك على ضوء تغذية المخططات الخماسية التنموية، والمقياس هنا هو مدي تحسن التنافسية الدولية للقطاع من حيث حجم الأقساط المكتتبة، نسبة الكثافة، معدل الاختراق. | ||
| 520 | |b The good trend of the global energy market is confirmed by the coming of the third millennium, As a consequence, the Algerian government is prompted to formulate a long term ambitious programmers, where it launched the five years developmental plans such as the commercial recovery program (2001-2004) with 6.9 billion dollars, then the economical growth supporting project (2005-2009) with 150 billion dollars, and finally the public investment plan (2010-2014) which is estimated at 286 billion dollars .In this context, these research papers aim to stand on to what extent are the Algerian insurance sector benefited from the money spent on financing investment projects from 2001 to 2014 especially after the deep structural reforms which touched the sector through law N 06/04 issued on 20th, February 2006 amending and completing law N 09/07 dated on 25th, January 1995; therefore, this study aims to clarify the relationship between the advocated structural reforms in the Algerian insurance market on the light of feeding the five years developmental plan and the scale here is the extent to which the sector’s international competitiveness is improved in terms of: the volume of written premiums, density ratio and penetration rate. | ||
