| المستخلص: | This is a pleasant and informing research related to the Group Prayers in terms of the Excuses which permits the absence from such prayer irrespective of the obligatory nature of the Group Prayer in the First instance, or if it is ordered by God Almighty or sunnah by the Prophet Teachings. In this Research I dealt with the permitted nature of excuses, and the lifting of embarrassment by the Shariea, also. I dealt with aspect of original teachings of the excuses, indicated the nature of excuse , its types and controls and the considerations adopted by the Jurisprudences , then I dealt with the reward of the person excused to attend the group prayer , in addition to details of the general excuses to leave the Group Prayer then the Private excuses. هذا البحث لطيف، يتعلق بصلاة الجماعة من حيث الأعذار المبيحة للتخلف عنها، بغض النظر عن وجوب صلاة الجماعة ابتداء، أو فرضيتها، أو سنيتها. وقد تناولت في هذا البحث مشروعية الأعذار، ورفع الحرج في هذه الشريعة، كما تناولت جانبا من التأصيل والتقعيد في الأعذار فبينت العذر وأنواعه وضوابطه، والمعتبر به في ذلك عند الفقهاء، ثم تناولت بيان أجر المعذور عن صلاة الجماعة، ثم توضيح مفصل للأعذار العامة المبيحة لترك صلاة الجماعة، ويليها الأعذار الخاصة. |
