| المستخلص: | The study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of the performance of the brokerage firms and financial services operating in the Damascus Securities Exchange from the point of view of investors in the market, study sample included 150 investors, and used the questionnaire to investigate investors' opinions about brokerage firms operating in the market and the role they play during the period from December until the end April of 2015, where the answers were analyzed using spss program. The study concluded that brokerage firms and financial services operating in the Damascus Securities Exchange do its job efficiently from the point of view of investors in the study. It has a good staff, and has sufficient capacity to conduct fundamental and technical analysis operations. It also contributes to the compilation of investors' savings in addition to the dissemination of investment awareness. And affect the shares of listed companies in the market price significantly, in addition to the presence of the leaves Syrian Commission on Financial Markets, controls and existing laws contributes greatly to adjust the work of brokerage firms operating in the Damascus Securities Exchange. هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم كفاءة أداء شركات الوساطة والخدمات المالية العاملة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية من وجهة نظر المستثمرين في السوق، شملت عينة الدراسة 150 مستثمر، واستخدمت الاستبانة لاستقصاء آراء المستثمرين حول شركات الوساطة العاملة في السوق، والدور الذي تقوم به خلال الفترة من كانون الأول وحتى نهاية شهر نيسان من عام 2015، حيث تم تحليل الإجابات باستخدام برنامج spss. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن شركات الوساطة والخدمات المالية العاملة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية تقوم بعملها بكفاءة عالية من وجهة نظر المستثمرين محل الدراسة. ولديها كوادر جيدة، وتمتلك القدرة الكافية لإجراء عمليات التحليل الأساسي والفني.كما تساهم في تجميع مدخرات المستثمرين إضافة إلى نشر الوعي الاستثماري، وتؤثر في أسعار أسهم الشركات المدرجة في السوق بصورة كبيرة، إضافة إلى إن وجود هيئة الأوراق والأسواق المالية السورية والضوابط والقوانين الموجودة يساهم إلى حد كبير في ضبط عمل شركات الوساطة العاملة في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية. |
