| 520 | |b The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of employment of strategic planning in the development of educational guidance in the provinces of Homs, Homs requirements. I have been using descriptive analytical method, it has reached the study sample (84) directed and targeted educational. The construction and development of the study tool, a questionnaire, has included 47 items distributed on four areas: the possession of the educational-oriented skills of strategic planning, and a clear and appropriate organizational structure of educational guidance, the availability of the necessary resources and facilities, and an educational administration graduate believes in strategic planning. It has been using averages, standard deviations, and the relative weights of the vertebrae and the areas to determine the degree of availability of employment of strategic planning in the development of educational guidance requirements. The results showed that the degree of availability of employment of strategic planning in the development of educational guidance in the provinces of Homs, Hama medium requirements (63.52%). Where the class was raised in both the field of owning educational oriented skills, strategic planning, and the area of the existence of a clear and appropriate educational guidance organizational structure, while it was low in the availability of the necessary resources, and the medium in the presence of educational administration graduate believes in strategic planning. Based on the results were the following proposal: 1. Integrated data and information for workers, teachers, supervisors and school administrators, students, and test results and the implications of these results until this rule be a key tributary to the process of strategic planning base preparation. 2. | 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة توافر متطلبات توظيف التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تطوير التوجيه التربوي في محافظتي حمص وحمص. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (84) موجها وموجهه تربوية. وتم بناء وتطوير أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة، وقد ضمت (47) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: امتلاك الموجه التربوي لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وجود هيكل تنظيمي واضح ومناسب للتوجيه التربوي، توافر الإمكانات والتسهيلات اللازمة، وجود إدارة تعليمية تربوية عليا تؤمن بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي. تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والأوزان النسبية للفقرات والمجالات لتحديد درجة توافر متطلبات توظيف التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تطوير التوجيه التربوي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات توظيف التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تطوير التوجيه التربوي في محافظتي حمص وحماه متوسطة (63.52%) حيث جاءت الدرجة مرتفعة في كل من مجال امتلاك الموجه التربوي لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، ومجال وجود هيكل تنظيمي واضح ومناسب للتوجيه التربوي، في حين كانت منخفضة في مجال توافر الإمكانات اللازمة، ومتوسطة في مجال وجود إدارة تعليمية عليا تؤمن بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي. وبناء على النتائج تم اقتراح الآتي: 1- إعداد قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات متكاملة عن العاملين والمعلمين والموجهين التربويين ومديري المدارس والطلاب ونتائج الاختبارات ودلالات هذه النتائج حتى تكون هذه القاعدة رافدا أساسيا لعملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي. 2- تزويد الموجهين التربويين بأجهزة الحاسوب ومستلزماتها وإمدادهم بالأجهزة الحديثة وتدريبهم على استخدامها. | ||
