| المستخلص: | حيث هدف البحث إلى تحليل تطورات سعر الصرف في جمهورية مصر العربية في الفترة (2015: 2019)، أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف علي الميزان التجاري المصري في الفترة (2015: 2019) ومعرفه أثره بصفه عامه علي الصادرات والواردات، ومن هنا يمكن العمل علي معالجة ذلك، ولذلك أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة بحثه، وقد تبين أن تقلبات أسعار الصرف تأثر علي الميزان التجاري المصري، وان هذا التأثير لسعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري هو ناتج عن الأثر الذي تتركه تقلبات سعر الصرف علي مكونات الميزان التجاري (الصادرات - الواردات ) ومن أهم التوصيات تفعيل نظام صرف أكثر ملائمه للاقتصاد المصري بما يتناسب مع ظروف الاقتصاد وما هو متوفر من موارد، وضع نسبه محدده من حجم التحويلات الخارجية إلا للضرورة القصوى لتلبيه متطلبات الأمن الاقتصادي من خلال الحد من الاستيرادات الذي يعد أساس لتسريب للعملة الأجنبية للخارج، أتباع سياسات جمركيه إيجابيه تهدف إلي تقليل استيراد السلع الغير ضرورية، توفير سبل لتمويل المشاريع الإنتاجية الاستراتيجية القادرة علي النهوض بالقطاعات الإنتاجية للبلد مما يحقق زياده قيمه الصادرات تدعيم الهيئات والقطاعات السلعية بكافه الوسائل مما يؤدي إلي زياده مساهمتها في تنميه الاقتصاد وتنوع مصادر الدخل القومي وبالتالي يقل الطلب علي استيراد بسبب زيادة الإنتاج المحلي وتسهيل تصدير الفائض إلي الأسواق الخارجية. The current study aimed to analyze the exchange rate in Egypt from 2015 to 2019, and the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on the Egyptian trade balance from 2015 to 2019 and its impact on imports and exports in general, thus the ability to deal these changes. So, the researcher used the descriptive survey method because of it is suitable to the nature of its research, as well as it was found that exchange rate fluctuations affected the Egyptian trade balance and this the exchange rate effect on the trade balance is the due to the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on the trade balance components (exports and imports). The most important recommendations are the activation of a more suitable exchange system for the Egyptian economy in accordance with the conditions of the economy and the available resources, setting a specific percentage of the external transfers except for the maximum necessity to meet the requirements of economic security by imports decreasing, which is a leaking factor of foreign currency abroad, following positive customs policies aiming to reduce unnecessary imports, and providing means to finance the productive and strategic projects capable of promoting the productive sectors of the country, thus increasing the value of exports, strengthening the commodity sectors and bodies in all means, thus increasing their contribution to the economy development and diversifying the national income sources, thus reducing the demand for imports due to increasing domestic production and facilitating the export of surplus to external markets |
