| 520 | |a تتجه الإدارة الرياضية إلى توجيه العاملين في اللجان الأولمبية ومديريات النشاط الرياضي وكذلك في الاتحادات الرياضية المعنية قدما في تطوير المستوى العام للحركة الرياضية والخاصة بكل اتحاد متخصص في نشاط معين والعاملين فيه. وأن الإدارة في التربية البدنية والرياضية عبارة عن عمليات واختصاصات تستهدف تمكين العاملين في المنظمات الرياضية من أداء المسئوليات المكلفة بهم وتبعا لمتطلبات الوظائف لتحقيق أهداف المديرية أو الاتحاد الرياضي المعني والتخصصي في الفعاليات الرياضية. ولقد تمثل مجتمع البحث بعينة عمدية ضمت بعض أعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية الفرعية في محافظة أربيل البالغ عددهم (93) من أعضاء الهيئات الإدارية لغرض القياس أو التعرف على نسب معوقات التخطيط التي تواجه أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الاتحادات الرياضية الفرعية في أربيل. لذلك تم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين في مجال الإدارة الرياضي والقياس التقويم، وبعد إجراء الصدق والثبات على الأداة تم تطبيق الاختبار على عينة الدراسة وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تم معالجتها إحصائيا بالوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة وهي الوسط الحسابي والانجراف المعياري والنسبة المئوية وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية. 1- الأهداف غير واضحة للاتحادات الرياضية ولا يلبي الرغبات والاحتياجات 2- لا يتم تنفيذ وتقسيم الموارد المادية والبشرية حسب الهدف العام للنشاط الرياضي وقد أوصى الباحث بـــــــــــــــــــ 1- يجب أن تكون أهداف الاتحادات الرياضية واضحة وتلبي الرغبات والاحتياجات. 2- توفير جميع الإمكانات المادية اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الاتحادات الرياضية الفرعية. | ||
| 520 | |b The sports administration aims to direct the staff of the Olympic committees and the directorates of sports activity as well as the concerned sports federations to develop the general level of sports movement for each federation specialized in a particular activity and its employees. The Department in Physical Education and Sports is a process and competencies which aim at enabling employees in sports organizations to perform the responsibilities assigned to them and according to the requirements of the functions to achieve the objectives of the Directorate or the Sports Federation concerned and specialized in sporting events The research community consisted of a sample of some members of the sports associations in Erbil governorate, total (93) members of administrative bodies for the purpose of measuring or identifying the obstacles of planning facing the members of the administrative body in the sports federations in Erbil. The study was applied to a sample of the study. After collecting and unloading the data, it was processed statistically by the appropriate statistical means namely, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation and the percentage. The following results were reached: 1. The objectives are not clear to the sports associations and the desires and needs 2. The physical and human resources shall not be implemented and divided according to the general objective of sports activity The researcher has recommended that: 1. The sports federations goals must be clear and meet the desires and needs 2. All the necessary material resources must be provided to achieve the objectives of the sub-sports federations. | ||
