| المستخلص: | إن الفهم الصحيح للنص القرآني يلزم القاري أن يستند في قراءته إلى قرائن تبين مدلول السور والآيات تحديدا التي تنقسم إلى آيات قطعيه دلاليه وآيات ظنيه الدلالة. من هذا المنطلق جاء هذا البحث ليشرح: أولا: الموضوعية التي يستعان بالعقل فيها في فهم النص بالدليل المعتبر. ثانيا: القرآن الكريم أكد على الموضوع من دون التقليد واتباع المقاصد النفسانية أو الهوى ومشابه ذلك؛ في التفسير والابتعاد عن العدل التي تبعد المدقق في الموضوع عن هدفه السامي الذي يتبعه. هذا البحث يشمل بحثين إضافة إلى مقدمة وخاتمة على النحو الآتي: مقدمة بين فيها الباحث اختلاف العلماء في النصوص القرآنية ظنية الدلالة، ثم المبحث الأول الذي عرف فيه الباحث الموضوعية، وخلص إلى أنها إعمال العقل في فهم النص القرآني بتجرد وحيادية، وترجيح المعنى الذي يؤيده الدليل المعتبر، تلي ذلك المبحث الثاني، إذ ذكر الباحث أن القرآن دعا إلى الموضوعية من خلال النهي عن التقليد، واتباع الهوى، وترك العدل، وعد هذه المنهيات صوارف تحول دون تحقق الموضوعية لدى الباحث، ثم كانت خاتمة البحث بالنتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان من خلال البحث والتقصي.
