| المستخلص: | This study aimed to uncover the role of the local community in activating tourism (applied to Ajloun, in Jordan), and to analyse the role of government organisations and institutions in stimulating and developing the tourism process in Ajloun Governorate. To achieve this, the data was collected through a questionnaire that was prepared and confirmed its validity and stability, and then encoded and entered into the computer and processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), through a survey of the views of a sample of the members of the community that reached (494) individuals, where the results showed that the local community has a real desire to participate in the revitalization of tourism in Ajloun. The results also showed that there are deficiencies in the role of government organisations and institutions in activating and developing the tourism process in Ajloun governorate. The study concluded to develop a set of recommendations addressed to the local population in Ajloun Governorate, most notably: Uniting efforts among the local community components in Ajloun governorate in activating the tourism sector through the establishment of associations and unions concerned with tourism activity. Reviving the traditional heritage, traditional industries and handicrafts that prevailed in Ajloun governorate to stop them from disappearing. Voluntary and public work of the population in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the region by the work of volunteer teams of students, schools, universities, explorers, associations and nonprofessional unions. The study also made recommendations addressed to the government sector, most notably: Formation of a specialized committee in the tourism sector in Ajloun governorate composed of (the government sector, the private sector, non-professional associations and unions, professors of universities and public and private schools in addition to the number of local residents). Cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Agriculture to exploit its forest areas, which are frequently visited by random hikers, by leasing them to the local community to establish tourism services. Cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Municipalities to develop tourism facilities and upgrade infrastructure through the provision of the modern road network and guidance personnel suitable for the tourism sector in Ajloun Governorate.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المجتمع المحلي في تنشيط السياحة )بالتطبيق على منطقة عجلون بالأردن(، كما هدفت إلى تحليل دور المنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية في تنشيط وتطوير العملية السياحة في محافظة عجلون، ولتحقيق ذلك تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تم إعدادها والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تم ترميزها وإدخالها للحاسوب ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وذلك من خلال استطلاع وجهة نظر عينة من أبناء المجتمع المحلي بلغت (494) فرداً، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن المجتمع المحلي لديه رغبة حقيقية نحو المشاركة في تنشيط السياحة في عجلون، كما أظهرت النتائج على انه هناك قصور لدور المنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية في تنشيط وتطوير العملية السياحة في محافظة عجلون، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وضع مجموعة من التوصيات موجهه للسكان المحليين في محافظة عجلون أبرزها: توحيد الجهود بين مكونات المجتمع المحلي في محافظة عجلون في تنشيط القطاع السياحي من خلال إقامة الجمعيات والاتحادات التي تعنى بالنشاط السياحي، إحياء الإرث الشعبي والصناعات التقليدية والحرف اليدوية التي كانت سائدة في محافظة عجلون لمنعها من الاندثار، العمل التطوعي والشعبي للسكان في المحافظة على نظافة وجمالية المنطقة وذلك بعمل فرق تطوعية من طلاب المدارس والجامعات والكشافة والجمعيات والاتحادات الغير مهنية، كما خلصت الدراسة توصيات موجهه للقطاع الحكومي أبرزها: تشكيل لجنة متخصصة بالقطاع السياحي في محافظة عجلون مكونة من )القطاع الحكومي، القطاع الخاص، الجمعيات والاتحادات الغير مهنية، أساتذة الجامعات والمدارس الحكومية والخاصة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من السكان المحليين(، التعاون بين وزارة السياحة ووزارة الزراعة لاستغلال المناطق الحرجية التابعة لها والتي يرتادها المتنزهين بشكل عشوائي وذلك بتأجيرها لأبناء المجتمع المحلي بإقامة الخدمات السياحية عليها، التعاون مع وزارة الأشغال العامة ووزارة البلديات لتطوير المرافق السياحية ورفع مستوى البنية الأساسية من خلال توفير شبكة طرق حديثة وشواخص إرشادية مناسبة للقطاع السياحي في محافظة عجلون. |
