| المستخلص: | تميز ديوان (حروف من لغة الشمس) للشاعر عبد الله بن سليم الرشيد بتنوع مظاهر التشكيل الموسيقي. إذ تظهر على المستوى الخارجي عدة أشكال شعرية، فهناك قصائد عمودية، وتفعيلية، وقصائد يتداخل فيها الشكلان. وتعددت أوزان قصائد الديوان، ولكن الكامل هو أكثرها حضورا. وجل قصائد الديوان العمودية مقفاة تقفية موحدة، ولا تخلو قصائد التفعيلة من قافية رئيسة، وتتفق القافية بين الشكلين العمودي والتفعيلي إذا تداخلا. وحضر في الديوان التدوير المعنوي في القصائد العمودية، وبخاصة في المجزوءة منها، كما حضر التدوير الموسيقي في القصائد التفعيلية. وتظهر على مستوى التشكيل الداخلي عدة مظاهر إيقاعية، فأصوات الهمس والجهر حاضرة في كل القصائد، ولكن يزداد ظهور الأصوات المهموسة عند الحديث عن الماضي، ويزداد ظهور الأصوات المجهورة عند تصوير مواقف القوة. وللتكرار في الديوان مستويات مختلفة، فمنه ما يكون على مستوى الصوت، أو الكلمة، أو التركيب. وتجاوز التكرار في الديوان وظيفته الإيقاعية إلى الوظيفة المعنوية، فقد عمل على ترابط أجزاء القصيدة، وتقرير مضامينها. والجناس بارز في الديوان، ومما يدل على ذلك أن البيت الواحد قد يظهر فيه جناسان بين أربع كلمات، وهو يرفع صوت الإيقاع، ويربط الألفاظ التي يقع بينها الجناس. تميزت بعض الأبيات في الديوان بالجمل القصيرة، وهذا يزيد وقفات البيت، فتبدو كالقوافي الداخلية، ويبرز إيقاع هذا الأسلوب إذا رافقته مؤثرات إيقاعية أخرى كالتنوين والتكرار.
