| المستخلص: | يعد طلبة الدراسات العليا محورا تدور حوله العملية التعليمية في الوسط الجامعي في مرحلة متميزة لأنها ترفد الجامعات بطاقات بشرية معدة إعدادا رصينا لقيادة العملية التعليمية وقادرة على مواكبة التطورات الحضارية بمختلف المجالات، فالتطور الحضاري يبدأ من الفهم الدقيق للشخصية الإنسانية في كل مجتمع ولذا سلط الضوء على المفاهيم المعقدة والمتداخلة في علم النفس، فهي تشمل كافة الصفات الجسمية والعقلية والخلقية والوجدانية في تفاعلها بعضها مع بعض وفي تكاملها في الشخص نفسه، وتعد الشخصية الاستباقية بما تحمله من خصائص وسمات الشخصية بمثابة مقدمة للسلوك الاستباقي لما تمتلكه من مهارات في تحسين وتطوير البيئة الاجتماعية والتنظيمية والانخراط في تغيير فعال للبيئة المحيطة بالفرد، والأفراد الاستباقيون لديهم أصرار على التفوق عن طريق التحديد الدقيق لمشكلاتهم وإيجاد الحلول لها بما يمتلكوه من مهارات للانخراط في تغيير فعال لبيئة العمل وهم يحددون مشكلاتهم بدقة ويحاولون إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس الشخصية الاستباقية بمجالاتها الثلاثة (المجال المعرفي، والمجال الوجداني، والمجال الفعال، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس، تم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (400) من طلبة الدراسات العليا جامعات الفرات الأوسط على وفق متغيرات الجنس، والتخصص، والشهادة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وبعد جمع المعلومات ومعالجتها بالوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة، توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- المتوسط الحسابي المتحقق من الشخصية الاستباقية لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا كانت بدرجة أعلى من المتوسط الفرضي. Civilizational development begins with a thorough understanding of the human personality in each society, Complex and interrelated in psychology, they include all the physical, mental, moral and emotional qualities in their interaction with each other and in the integration of the same person, and pre-emptive character, with the characteristics and attributes of the personality as an introduction to behavior Will respond to its skills in improving and developing the social and organizational environment and engaging in effective change of the environment surrounding the individual. The proactive individuals have a determination to excel by carefully identifying their problems and finding solutions with the skills they have to engage in effective change of the work environment. They identify their problems accurately and try to find solutions. Appropriate to them In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has constructed a measure of the proactive personality in its three fields (cognitive domain, emotional field, and effective field) and after verifying the validity and stability of the scale, it was applied to a sample of (400), And the certificate, were chosen in a random stratified way After collecting the information and processing it by the appropriate statistical means, the research reached the following results: 1- The arithmetic average of the pre-academic personality was higher than the average. |
