| المستخلص: | تعتمد الرعاية الصحية على أسس معينة منها: - توفيرها للمنتفع منها بالقرب من مكان معيشته وعمله. - ملائمة تكاليف الخدمات الصحية مع قدرات المنتفع المالية. - توفيرها بجودة ملائمة أو على الأقل تحديد حد أدنى معياري لجودة الخدمة الصحية والعلاجية – - على مستوى جميع التخصصات-حتى لو قدمت الخدمة مجانا. وأمام الاحتياجات المتزايدة سنويا على الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية – مع انخفاض المستوى المعيشي للمواطنين وبتزايد معدلات الفقر في مصر- يتجه المواطنين نحو العيادات والمستشفيات الحكومية المجانية – خاصة المستشفيات العامة والمركزية – طلبا للعلاج. وذلك بسبب: - ارتفاع تكلفة الرعاية الصحية بسبب ارتفاع قيمة الأجهزة الطبية والاحتياجات لتطويرها وتحديثها. - ارتفاع أسعار الدواء والإجراءات التشخيصية. - ارتفاع أسعار المستلزمات الطبية المستخدمة في العمليات وذلك لاستيرادها بالعملة الأجنبية. ويؤدي توفير وتحسين الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية بالمستشفيات العامة والمركزية إلى تحقيق بعض الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع. • Modern health care depends on specific principles among them: - It should be close to the beneficiary’s home and place of work. - The suitability of the health service to the beneficiary’s financial abilities. - It should be provided with an appropriate quality or at least there should be a standard minimum for the quality of health and therapeutic services in all the specialties- even if the service is for free. • In front of the annual increase of the need for health and therapeutic services with the decrease of the citizens’ standard of living and the increase of poverty in Egypt- citizens go for medication to free governmental hospitals and clinics- especially public and central hospitals for the following reasons: - The increase of the cost of health care because of the increase of the cost of medical equipment's and the - need for developing and modernizing them. - The increase of the prices of medicine and the diagnostic procedures. - The increase of the prices of medical supplies used in surgeries as they are imported with foreign currency. • Providing and improving health and therapeutic services in public and central hospital lead to the achievement of some social and economic effects individually and all over the society. |
