| المستخلص: | This paper grasps the "wrongs of the judge and his responsibility in Islamic jurisprudence" in different fields such as: First: The responsibility of the judge in human beings and what is down of it. His responsibility about Allah’s rights and human beings rights. Second: responsibility of wrong judgments on dignity and properdes, I clarify all what is important in this matters. Third: I mention the roles which deal with the responsibility of the judge, some of them mention that others they did not mention. |
