| 520 | |a استهدفت الدراسة الإجابة عن سؤالها الرئيس بفروعه الثلاثة؛ ونصه: ما مدى مصارحة الأسر الحاضنة للأطفال مجهولي النسب في الأردن بهويتهم الوالدية وآلياته التطبيقية، من وجهة نظر بعض الإخباريين الميدانيين، ورأي بعض الخبراء الشرعيين والقانونيين والنفسيين والاجتماعيين؟ من خلال مصدرين، الأول: إطارها النظري المبني على النهج المعرفي المتعدد الاختصاصات، والمتمثلة في الشريعة، والقانون وعلم الاجتماع، وعلم النفس، والعمل الاجتماعي، وإدارة تميز الأداء. أما المصدر الثاني: فهو منهجية الدراسة، القائمة على المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة القصدية للإخباريين والخبراء، بتحضين الأطفال مجهولي النسب في الأردن، المتباينين في مجمل خصائصهم، والبالغ عددهم ثلاثة إخباريين، وخمسة خبراء على التوالي؛ وعلى طرائقها البحثية النوعية المتمثلة في المقابلة شبه المقننة، والتقرير الذاتي، وتحليل المضمون، وعلى أساليب معالجتها لبياناتها الكمية، بموجب بعض معاملات الإحصاء الوصفي، وعلى أساليب معالجتها لمعلوماتها النوعية، بموجب عاملي توصيف استجابات المبحوثين، وعقد المقارنات فيما هذه الاستجابات لبيان المشترك فيها. وترتب على استعمال الدراسة للمصدرين أعلاه، تمكنها من الإجابة عن سؤالها الرئيس بفروعه الثلاثة، بقولها ما يلي: مدى مصارحة الأسر الحاضنة للأطفال مجهولي النسب في الأردن بهويتهم الوالدية من وجهة نظر بعض الإخباريين، الذي سبق لهم العمل أو يعملون حاليا في مجال الاحتضان، قليل مصارحة الأسر الحاضنة لمحضونيها بهويتهم الوالدية الحقيقية، أمر ممكن قبل بلوغهم سن السادسة، كما ينصح بعض الخبراء الشرعيين، والنفسيين، والاجتماعيين. ويمكن تحسين عملية تحضين الأطفال مجهولي النسب للأسر المحرومة للإنجاب في الأردن والدول المقاربة للأردن في بيئته الثقافية والاجتماعية، من منظور تميز الأداء. كما ترتب على استعمال الدراسة للمصدرين أعلاه كذلك، مجمل استنتاجاتها، وتوصياتها، المستمدة من نتائجها المحورية الثلاثة. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aimed to answer its major question with its three branches, stated as: How frank are the fostering families of children of unknown parentage in Jordan regarding their parental identity and its applied mechanisms from the perspective of some field reporters and the opinion of some legal experts, psychologists and social experts with reference to two sources, the first on being the theoretical framework based on cognitive multidisciplinary approach of Shari’a law, sociology, psychology, social work and management of performance excellence and the second source being the methodology of the study based on the social survey of the intentional sample of reporters and experts of fostering children of unknown parentage in Jordan, which reflect discrepancy in the overall characteristics, totaling three reporters and five experts respectively and the quality research methods represented in the semi-structured interview, self- report and content analysis in addition to the study’s being based on the processing of quantitative data by using some descriptive statistics coefficients, and the processing methods of its qualitative information by using the two coefficients of describing respondents’ responses, and drawing comparisons among these responses to state what is common among them. Because the study is based on these two sources, that enabled it to answer its major question with its three branches, by saying the following: the extent of frankness is really little when it comes to the fostering families of children of unknown parentage in Jordan regarding their parental identity a from the perspective of some field reporters who have previously worked or are currently working in the field of fostering. The frankness of the fostering families to the fostered children of their real parental identity is possible before they reach the age of six, as some legal, psychologists and social experts advise. It is possible to improve the fostering process of children of unknown parentage with regard to the families disadvantaged to give birth in Jordan and the neighbouring countries in the cultural and social environment, from the perspective of performance excellence. As a result of the study’s being based on the above two sources, the overall conclusions and recommendations have emerged, derived from its three pivotal findings. | ||
