| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث مجموعة من أقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل أصدروها بحق رواة جرحوهم بألفاظ خالفوا فيها مقاييس النقد الحديثيي العامة، فوهنوهم بما لا يعد سببا للتجريح وردوا مروياتهم، وهي ليست محل اتفاق بين علماء الجرح والتعديل، وإنما هو منهج خاص ومصطلحات فردية لبعض صيارفة النقد الرواة مبناها على نزعة التشدد والغفلة والخطأ في اسم الراوي، وجرح الأقران والتجريح غير المفسر أو مما لا يعد جرحا بالعادة؛ وبالتالي فعمومه يدخل في باب الجرح الذي يطوى ولا يرو، وعليه فلا بد من التروي والتمعن في جرح الرواة وتعديلهم؛ فليس كل نقد يعد مقبولا، وهو عمل يتطلب الاستقراء والسبر للوقوف على طبيعة كل حكم ودوافعه.
