| المستخلص: | إنّ مسألة قلة المياه مِنْ أهمّ مسائل فقه الواقع الذي له أثر كبير في حياة الناس في الاستسقاء مرشداً إلى ومعايشهم بل ومصائرهم، وقد ورد حديث أنس ما ينبغي على المسلم فيما يخصّ دعاءَ الاستسقاء وشروطه وآدابه وغير ذلك، وتتضح أهمية هذا الحديث في التعدد الكبير لِلمسائل الفقهية وأحكامها التي تناولها البحث بأدلتها مع الترجيح، والتي منها: قيام الإمام في خطبة الجمعة، والكلام أثناءها، ورفع اليدين عند الدعاء فيها، وأنواع الاستسقاء، وأدعيته، والاستصحاء... وغيرها من المسائل: كبيان عدم تعارض دعاء الاستسقاء مع الأسباب التي استنّها اللَّه تعالى في أرضه لِنزول المطر، ولا مع تقديره سبحانه السابق بنزول المطر أو عدم نزوله، كما أنّ الحديث اشتمل على لمحات مِنْ أدب الصحابة ، ، ورحمة اللَّه تعالى بخَلْقِه، وعلوّ قدر النبي، وغير ذلك مما ورد إيضاحه وتفصيله في ثنايا البحث. The issue of water shortage is one of the most important issue in the current life that has a great effect on people’s lives rather than their destiny. The Hadith of Anas concerning the prophet’s making Doaa for water is a guide to what should a Muslim do to make Doaa for water(Istesqaa) respecting conditions, proprieties and more. The importance of this hadith is illustrated in many Faqih points and precepts that the study deals with its evidences followed with preference. Some of Faqih points such as the Imam stands during Friday sermon, speaking during the sermon, raising the hands while making the Doaa within it, kinds of making Doaa for water, its supplications and others. Such as no opposition between making Doaa for water with reasons which Allah -the Almighty- has established on His earth for raining nor with his predetermination for raining or not. Moreover the Hadith included some hits of the prophet’s companions (Sahaba) sound behaviour -May Allah satisfy them, and the Marcy of Allah to his created besides the highest position of the prophet- PBUH- and more, mentioned in details within the research. |
