| المستخلص: | One of the most important families in the history of the Abbasid caliphate, they are an ambitious family whose members took important positions such as writing, money and then the ministry. To cooperate with the forces hostile to the Abbasid Caliphate to reach their goals. Indeed, postal workers were exhausted by war, weakened and deprived of their money, and differences and discord among family members arose because of the need for funds, which brought them to an end الأسرة البريدية إحدى أهم الأسر في تاريخ الخلافة العباسية، وهم أسرة طموحة تولى أفرادها المناصب المهمة كوظيفة الكتابة وضمان الأموال ثم الوزارة، لكن الأمور لم تصف لهم في علاقاتهم مع الخلافة العباسية على الدوام، فهم تارة يعملون تحت مظلة الخلافة العباسية وتارة ضدهم، وكثيرا ما لجأ البريديون على التعاون مع القوى المعادية للخلافة العباسية للوصول إلى أهدافهم. ولم تقف الخلافة العباسية صامتة أمام هذا، بل لجأت هي الأخرى إلى حليف قوي متمثل في الدولة الحمدانية والتي استطاعت أن تلحق بالبريديين الهزائم، وتحد من نفوذهم حتى أزالت سلطانهم. وبالفعل أرهق البريديون جراء خوضهم الحروب، وضعفوا ونقصت أموالهم، ووقع الخلاف والشقاق بين أفراد الأسرة بسبب الحاجة إلى الأموال، الأمر الذي أدى إلى نهايتهم |
