| 520 | |a تعد معلمة رياض الأطفال من أهم عناصر العملية التربوية بالروضة، لأنها المحرك الرئيسي لكل مكوناتها، ومن ثم تسهم بشكل فعال في تحقيق العملية التربوية لأهدافها من خلال تهيئة البيئة المناسبة للتعلم وتوجيهها وإرشادها للأطفال في المواقف التعليمية المختلفة. وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، وهناك مجموعة من النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة منها أن التنشئة الاجتماعية منذ الصغر هي المحك في تفعيل المواطنة حيث تشكل قيم المواطنة منظومة متكاملة تسهم بشكل جوهري في تشكيل شخصية الطفل، كذلك حرص المعلمة في جميع المراحل الدراسية على تقوية المواطنة وتنمية قيمها بعدالتها في التعامل مع الأطفال. وهناك مجموعة من التوصيات يوصي بها الباحث منها طاعة ولاة الأمر وهذه قيمة تعمل على تعريف الأطفال واجباتهم تجاه ولاة أمرهم ووجوب طاعتهم، وأن يكون هناك اهتمام بالأنشطة التعليمية للأطفال داخل المؤسسات التربوية على أن يتم ذلك من خلال الفرص التي تتيحها الأنشطة من تفاعل وتدعم معنى التواد والتعاطف الوجداني، ومعنى حرية الرأي، وتحمل المسئولية، والمشاركة. | ||
