| المستخلص: | This study aims to illustrate the importance of financial innovation and products of financial engineering in finding creative solutions to the conversion problems through the design and development of tools and new innovative financial mechanisms, non-mainstream traditional tools, which facilitate risk transfer, helping to provide liquidity element in financial derivatives in the secondary market. The financial options are considered the most important types of financial engineering tools, which give the investor a significant opportunity for the risk transfer he exposes and that through moving them to other parties that have a greater ability to confront risks. The study concluded that the Kuwait Stock Exchange proved through the investment in chance option contracts that those investors of Arab financial markets could resort to innovative and modern methods of investment to activate the financial market and to protect it from risks. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية الابتكار المالي ومنتجات الهندسة المالية في إيجاد حلول إبداعية لمشاكل التمويل عن طريق تصميم وتطوير أدوات وآليات مالية مبتكرة جديدة، غير الأدوات التقليدية السائدة أدوات تسهل نقل المخاطر مما يساعد في توفير عنصر السيولة في السوق الثانوي، والمتمثلة في المشتقات المالية، وتعد الخيارات المالية أحد أهم أنواع أدوات الهندسة المالية والتي تعطي المستثمر فيها فرصة مهمة لنقل المخاطر التي يتعرض لها، وذلك عن طريق نقلها إلى أطراف لها القدرة أكبر لمواجهة المخاطر. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية اثبت من خلال الاستثمار بعقود الخيار فرصة انه يمكن للمستثمرين في الأسواق المالية العربية اللجوء إلى أساليب استثمار مبتكرة وحديثة لتنشيط السوق المالي وحمايته من المخاطر. |
