| المستخلص: | This research includes A brief biography of Imam Zaid, showing his name, descent, nickname, birth, his characteristics, origin, and seeking knowledge, his scientific status, his teachers, his students and his death. It also includes a brief introduction of his book Musnad Zaid Ibn Ali and its scientific value, then a study for the narrated hadeeths of Imam Zaid raised to the Prophet peace be upon him and his family in the books of the Sunnah (Collection, Authentication, and Study), these narrated Hadeeths are numbered sequentially according to the seniority of death, as well as arrangement in narration, it also includes a conclusion that has the most important results, including: Most of what is stated in the Musnad of Imam Zaid Ibn Ali from the bodies of the hadeeth are found in the books of Sunnah with different narrated names. And the number of narrated Hadeeths of Imam Zaid in the books of the Sunnah is forty-three hadeeths non-repeated, including: three good hadeeths for themselves, and three good hadeeth for others, and sixteen weak hadeeths, and twenty-one faked Hadeeths. And Al-Bukhary and Muslim did not narrate in their Sahihs any hadeeth of Imam Zaid. Perhaps the reason for this is that most of the narrators who narrated of him are either weak or liars. هذا البحث يتضمن ترجمة مختصرة للإمام زيد بن علي، وتبين اسمه ونسبه وكنيته، ومولده، وصفته، ونشأته، وطلبه للعلم، ومنزلته العلمية، وشيوخه، وتلاميذه، ووفاته، كما يتضمن تعريفا موجزا بمسنده وقيمته العلمية، ثم دراسة لمروياته المرفوعة إلى النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم في كتب الحديث جمعا وتخريجا ودراسة، وهذه المرويات مرقمة ترقيما تسلسليا حسب أقدمية الوفاة، وكذلك الترتيب في التخريج، كما يتضمن خاتمة فيها أهم النتائج، منها: أن معظم ما جاء في مسنده من متون الأحاديث موجود في كتب السنة بأسانيد أخرى مختلفة. وأن عدد مروياته في كتب الحديث ثلاثة وأربعون حديثا من غير المكرر، منها: ثلاثة أحاديث حسنة لذاتها، وثلاثة أحاديث حسنة لغيرها، وستة عشر حديثا ضعيفا، وواحد وعشرين حديثا موضوعا. ولم يخرج البخاري ومسلم في صحيحيهما أي حديث له؛ ولعل السبب في ذلك أن أغلب الرواة الذين رووا عنه هم إما ضعفاء، أو كذابون. |
