| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على محددات المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم من وجهة نظر معلمي المستقبل، وتعرف مدى اختلاف تلك المحددات عند معلمي المستقبل باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من خمسة محاور هي (محدد صفات الانتماء وشروط القبول، المحدد الاقتصادي وبيئة العمل، محدد العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المجتمع التربوي، محدد التأهيل التربوي، محدد التأهيل العلمي).\nوتكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة السنة الرابعة في برنامج معلم الصف جميعهم والبالغ عددهم 780 طالباً وطالبة، ومن طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي البالغ عددهم 878 طالباً وطالبة بكلية التربية في جامعة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2012- 2013، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عرضية مقصودة نتيجة الأوضاع في سورية، وبلغ عددها (216) طالباً وطالبة. ومتغيرات الدراسة هي التخصص والجنس.\nوأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة ككل حول محددات المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم وفقاً لمتغير التخصص لصالح طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي. كما توصلت الدراسة على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة ككل حول محددات المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم وفقاً لمتغير الجنس، وأيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة دبلوم التأهيل حول محددات المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم وفقاً لمتغير الجنس، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة معلم الصف حول محددات المكانة الاجتماعية للمعلم وفقاً لمتغير الجنس. | ||
| 520 | |f The study aimed to identify the determinants of the social status of the teacher from the perspective of future teachers, and know how far those determinants are different among the future teachers according to different study variables. In order to achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of five axes, which are: (determinants of belonging and conditions of acceptance, economic determinant and work environment , determinant of social relations within the educational community, determinant of educational qualification, determinant of scientific qualification).\nThe study population consisted of all the students of the fourth year in the program of the classroom teacher, their number is 780 male and female students of the diploma of educational qualification, whose their number is 878 male and female students at the Faculty of Education, the University of Damascus for the academic year 2012-2013. The sample of the study was chosen intentional accidental way as a result of the situations in Syria, the number of students is (216). The study variables are specialization and gender.\nThe results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences among the averages of answers of the sample individuals as a whole on the determinants of the social status of the teacher, according to the variable of specialization for the benefit of students of educational qualification diploma. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences among the averages of answers of the sample individuals as a whole on the determinants of the social status of the teacher, according to the gender variable, and also there are no statistically significant differences among the averages of answers of the members of the qualification diploma on the determinants of the social status of the teacher, according to the gender variable. There were no statistically significant differences among the averages of answers of the classroom teacher sample members on the determinants of the social status of the teacher according to the gender variable.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
