| المستخلص: | L'établissement du document "AHD AL AMAN" en Algérie et son entrée en vigueur depuis le 03 Février 1748 était un événement important pour l'histoire du pays pendant la période moderne de son histoire vu ces conséquences sur la situation politique interne. De ce faite le document est une référence pour l'analyse du développement politique, social et militaire du pays pendant la période sus - cité. En même temps ce document démontre l'existence d'une entité politique Algérienne (Etat Algérien) complet fort avec ses Lois au contraire de ce que affirment certaines analyses et écritures historiques coloniales. The establishment of the document "AHD AL AMAN" in Algeria. It's entry into force since February 3, 1748 was an important event for the history of country during the modern period of its history considering these consequences on the internal political situation. The document is therefore a reference for the analysis of the political, social and military development of the country during the period mentioned above. At the same time this document demonstrates the existence of an Algerian political entity (Algerian State) which is complete strong with its contrary Laws to what certain analyses and colonial historical writings affirm.
