| المستخلص: | It is about the synergy between successful investment and the principles of transparency and democracy. This is because investment is linked to the sum of the economic, political, social and legislative conditions that motivate or repel the investor, given the existence of investment guarantees or not. It is related to the principles of transparency and democracy - in the first place - which are closely related to the free circulation of information.\nThis is because investors are looking for information about the available markets, economic opportunities and the investment environment, and withholding this information would hinder their investment activity. Also, in the absence of transparency, corruption is rampant, which leads to reluctance to invest. Where the problem lies in the extent of the correlation between successful investment and the principles of transparency and democracy, as it is one of the objective guarantees for investment?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 يتعلق الأمر بالتلازم بين الاستثمار الناجح ومبادئ الشفافية والديمقراطية، ذلك أن الاستثمار يرتبط بمجموع الأوضاع الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والتشريعية التي تحفز المستثمر أو تنفره بالنظر إلى وجود ضمانات الاستثمار من عدمها، ويتعلق الأمر بمبادئ الشفافية والديمقراطية -بالدرجة الأولى- والتي ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بالتداول الحر للمعلومات.\nذلك أن المستثمرين يبحثون عن المعلومات حول الأسواق والفرص الاقتصادية المتاحة وعلى بيئة الاستثمار، وأن حجب هذه المعلومات من شأنه أن يعيق نشاطهم الاستثماري، كما أنه في غياب الشفافية يتفشى الفساد الذي يؤدي إلى الإحجام عن الاستثمار. حيث تتمثل الإشكالية في ما مدى التلازم بين الاستثمار الناجح ومبادئ الشفافية والديمقراطية، بكونها من الضمانات الموضوعية للاستثمار؟ Il s 'agit du rapport entre l'investissement réussi et les principes de la transparence et la démocratie , car l'investissement est attaché à l'ensemble des conditions économiques , politiques sociales et législatives , celles-ci stimulent ou aliènent l'investisseur étant donné de l'existence ou non de garanties d'investissement.\nIl s 'agit donc , des principes de la transparence et de la démocratie qui sont liés étroitement à la circulation libre de l'information , du fait que les investisseurs recherchent des informations sur les marchés , les opportunités économiques et l'environnement d'investissement.\n La dissimulation de l'information entraverait leur activité d'investissement de plus , en l'absence de transparence, le fléau de la corruption va s'aggraver , ce qui entraîne une réticence d'investissement.
