| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث بالدراسة أحاديث أحد شيوخ الإمام ابن ماجه المعمرين، وهو (جبارة بن المغلس)، والذي تبين أن القول العدل فيه أنه ضعيف الحديث، وأنه أتي من قبل سوء حفظه وغفلته، وأنه لا يتعمد الكذب، مع ما كان عليه من الصلاح والورع والتقوى. \nوبتتبع واستقراء سنن ابن ماجه وجد الباحث أن عدد الأحاديث إلى أخرجها ابن ماجه من طريق شيخه جبارة بن المغلس (ثلاثة وعشرون) حديثا، وهي كما يأتي: \n(خمسة) أحاديث ثلاثية الإسناد، كلها من طريق جبارة بن المغلس، عن كثير بن سليم، عن أنس رضي الله عنه، و (تسعة) أحاديث رباعية الإسناد، و(ثمانية) أحاديث خماسية الإسناد، وحديث سداسي واحد. \nدرس الباحث أسانيد تلك الأحاديث بصورة مختصرة، مع دراسة الشواهد والمتابعات خلوصا للنتيجة النهائية في الحكم على الحديث، وظهر من خلال البحث أن أحاديث جبارة بن المغلس منها ما شاركه غيره وتابعه عليها، فارتقت إلى درجة القبول، وقد بلغت (l6) حديثا، وأن منها ما لم يتابع عليها أو لم تنفعه متابعة غيره له لشدة ضعف المتابع، وبلغت (7) أحاديث. في ثنايا البحث بيان لغريب الحديث إن وجد، وإشارات يسيرة إلى شيء من فقه الحديث وفوائده.\n The research studies the hadiths of Jabara ibn al-Mughallis, who is one of the centenarian teachers of Imam Ibn Maajah. It was found that it is fair to say that his Hadith (narrations) are weak, and this is caused by his poor conservation and omission and that he doesn't lie deliberately, with the goodness, moral correctness, religiousness (attributions) he had. \nFollowing and extrapolating Sunan Ibn Maajah, the researcher found that the number of Ahadith narrated by Ibn Majah from his Sheikh Jabara ibn al-Mughallis is twenty-three Ahadith, as follows: \nFive Hadiths have three narrators, all come from Jabara ibn al-Mughallis who narrated from Kathir ibn Salim, who narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), Nine hadiths have four narrators, while eight Ahadith have five narrators, and one Hadith has six narrators.\nThe researcher studied the chain of narrations of these Ahadith in a short manner while studying the evidence and follow-up to reach the final result in ruling the Hadith. It emerged, through the research, that the Ahadith of Jabara ibn al-Mughallis include those that have been shared and followed by others, and they have reached the level of acceptance and are 16 Ahadith. There are also some Ahadith that have not been followed, or the follow-up by others didn't help due to the severe weakness of the follower, and the number of such Ahadith is seven. In the course of the research is an explanation of the Gharib Hadith, if any, and easy references to some of the jurisprudence of Hadith and its benefits.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
