| المستخلص: | Siwa Oasis is one of the distinctive natural reserves and archaeological sites in Egypt. It represents a model of significant ecosystems that the state seeks to protect and preserve from deterioration while working to raise its efficiency as a solid base for development, tourism, and continuous investment. It is one of Egypt's five oases, located in the northern part of the Western Desert, and is administered by the Matrouh Governorate. It is considered a tourist city of a unique type because of its distinct tourism potentials, which are archaeological tourism - hospital tourism - safari tourism - ecotourism that attracts tourists from all over the world.\nIn light of the growth of ecotourism, which has become an important form of modern tourism that has attracted the interest of many developed and developing countries alike, the importance of rehabilitating natural reserves has become very clear as an important factor in tourist attractions, especially if it is combined with other types of tourism. Siwa is an ideal model due to its picturesque nature, which is characterized by archaeological and cultural heritage, natural components, and the diversity of vegetation cover resulting from geographical and climatic variation, soil diversity, and different geological composition, in addition to the clear differences in its natural topography.\nGiven the importance of preserving the heritage areas because of the national wealth that these areas represent and the historical, cultural, economic, and social values they carry, and with the increasing general trend of the tourism industry and its economic returns, it has become necessary to strike a balance between the protection of the archaeological and environmental heritage and the tourism development. Therefore, this study dealt with the issue of preserving the archaeological heritage to achieve sustainable tourism development and increasing the hotel occupancy rate in terms of theory and practice, so a survey form was developed, and the results were analyzed using the Likert scale and accordingly a strategic plan was developed that includes the basic tasks to prepare a strategy that works to improve the preservation of archaeological heritage In Siwa Oasis, to increase the number of eco-hotel rooms in the oasis and thus improve hotel occupancy rates.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 تعد واحة "سيوة" أحد المحميات الطبيعية والمواقع الأثرية المميزة في مصر، وتمثل نموذجاً من النظم البيئية ذات الأهمية التي تسعى الدولة إلى حمايتها والحفاظ عليها من عوامل التدهور مع العمل على رفع كفاءتها كقاعدة وطيدة للتنمية والسياحة والاستثمار المتواصل، فهي إحدى واحات مصر الخمس وتقع في القسم الشمالي من الصحراء الغربية، وتتبع محافظة مطروح ، وتعتبر مدينة سياحية من طراز فريد لما تتمتع به من مقومات سياحية متميزة والتي تتمثل في السياحة الأثرية – السياحة الاستشفائية – سياحة السفاري - السياحة البيئية التي تجذب السائحين من جميع أنحاء العالم.\nوفي ظل تنامي السياحة البيئية التي اصبحت نمطاً مهماً من الأنماط الحديثة في السياحة التي استقطبت اهتمام كثير من الدول المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، بدأ يتضح بشدة أهمية تأهيل المحميات الطبيعية باعتباره عاملاً مهماً من عوامل الجذب السياحي، خاصة إذا اقترن بأنواع أخرى من السياحة، وتعد سيوة نموذجاً مثالياً وذلك لطبيعتها الخلابة التي تتميز بالتراث الأثري والثقافي والمقومات الطبيعية وتنوع الغطاء النباتي الناتج عن التباين الجغرافي والمناخي، وتنوع التربة واختلاف تركيبها الجيولوجي، بالإضافة إلى الاختلافات الواضحة في تضاريسها الطبيعية.\nونظرًا لأهمية الحفاظ على المناطق التراثية لما تمثله هذه المناطق من ثروة قومية وما تحمله من قيم تاريخية وثقافية واقتصادية واجتماعية، ومع تزايد الاتجاه العام لصناعة السياحة وما تحققه من عوائد اقتصادية، أصبحت ضرورية لإيجاد توازن بين حماية التراث الأثري والبيئي وبين التنمية السياحية، لذا تناولت هذه الدراسة قضية الحفاظ على التراث الأثري لتحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة، وزيادة معدل الإشغال الفندقي من الناحيتين النظرية والتطبيقية، فتم عمل استمارة استقصاء وتحليل النتائج باستخدام مقياس ليكرت وبناء عليه تم وضع مخطط استراتيجي يتضمن المهام الاساسية لأعداد استراتيجية تعمل على تحسين الحفاظ على التراث الأثري في واحة سيوة من اجل زيادة عدد الغرف الفندقية البيئية بالواحة وبالتالي تحسين معدلات الاشغال الفندقي.\n |
