| المستخلص: | This study seeks to analyze the impact mechanism of the industrial clusters strategy on the structure of the industry sector, where this research derives its importance from the importance of the variables under study. Industrial enterprises outside the oil sector in Algeria face challenges because of their work separately, therefore, the convergence and cooperation between these enterprises is the key to confronting to those challenges. As the structure of industry is an important factor in economic development, we have been analyzed the impact mechanism of Industrial Cluster Strategy of the complex "Omar Ben Omar" on the structure of the food industry sector in Algeria. We used the inductive method to answer the problem of the study, so the study concluded that the cooperation and competition created by industrial clusters allows for improved performance indicators and competitiveness of enterprises, and for the structure of industry as a whole. Also the food industry in Algeria is still not competitive at the international level due to the lack of access to the industrial cluster of this sector to maturity, where there are no significant positive indicators of the competitive performance of this sector. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل آلية تأثير استراتيجية العناقيد الصناعية على هيكل قطاع الصناعة، حيث تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من أهمية المتغيرين قيد البحث. فالمؤسسات الصناعية خارج قطاع النفط بالجزائر تواجه تحديات بسبب عملها بصورة منفردة ومنفصل، لذلك فإن التقارب والتعاون بين تلك المؤسسات، بمثل العامل الرئيسي لمواجهة تلك التحديات. نظرا لكون هيكل الصناعة عامل مهم في التنمية الاقتصادية، فقد تم تحليل آلية تأثير استراتيجية العناقيد الصناعية لمجمع "عمر بن عمر" على هيكل قطاع الصناعة الغذائية في الجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التعاون والتنافس الذي تخلقه العناقيد الصناعية يسمح بتحسين مؤشرات الأداء والتنافسية للمؤسسات ولهيكل الصناعة ككل. كما تبين بأن قطاع الصناعة الغذائية بالجزائر لا يزال غير تنافسي على المستوى الدولي نتيجة عدم وصول العنقود الصناعي لهذا القطاع الى مرحلة النضج، حيث لم تظهر مؤشرات ايجابية ملحوظة للأداء التنافسي لهذا القطاع. |
