| المستخلص: | Through our study entitled “The Role of Entrepreneurship in the Establishment and Financing of Micro-enterprises - Reference to Support and Accompanying Bodies in Algeria,” we are trying to address one of the important topics in finance. It concerns the organization of the process in microenterprises. Entrepreneurial support bodies and the accompaniment of SMEs are considered one of the most important new concepts in management sciences. Global experience has shown the extent to which entrepreneurial support bodies are able to promote economic development by contributing to the development of economic enterprises in various sectors according to the local development requirements of each region. In this paper, we try to highlight the most important theoretical concepts of entrepreneurial companionship and SME support bodies, noting the reality of the Algerian experience in this field. The province of Messila has been chosen as a study case. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Les dispositifs d’aide et d’accompagnement entrepreneurial ce concéder comme un des nouvelles notions aux sciences de gestion, les expériences mondiale sont éclairé la capacité des ces dispositifs a encouragé le développement économique a partir de son rôle d’aide à la création d’entreprises à toutes les activités, pour faire un développement économique locale.\nCe papier scientifique fait la lumière sur les notions théorique importances de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial et les structures d’aides des PME, avec une petite évaluation à l’expérience algérienne. من خلال دراستنا المعنونة بــــ "دور المقاولاتية في إنشاء وتمويل المؤسسات المصغرة - إشارة إلى هيئات الدعم والمرافقة في الجزائر-"\nنحاول التطرق إلى أحد المواضيع الهامة في التمويل ويتعلق الأمر تنظيم العملية في المؤسسات المصغرة، حيث تعتبر هيئات دعم المقاولاتية ومرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد أهم المفاهيم الجديدة في علوم التسيير، فلقد أوضحت التجارب العالمية مدى قدرة هيئات دعم المقاولاتية على تشجيع التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال مساهمتها دعم حركة إنشاء المؤسسات الاقتصادية في مختلف القطاعات حسب متطلبات التنمية المحلية لكل منطقة. نحاول في هذه الورقة العلمية تسليط الضوء على أهم المفاهيم النظرية للمرافقة المقاولاتية وهيئات دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مع الإشارة واقع التجربة الجزائرية – ولاية المسيلة نموذجا- في هذا المجال.\n |
