| المستخلص: | L’engouement actuel pour la responsabilité sociale d’entreprise peut être expliqué par les effets de la globalisation et les grandes catastrophes environnementales et sociales. Ainsi, des organisations internationales, régionales, mais également nationales ont pris des initiatives en la matière, en vue d’inciter les entreprises à s’y engager et à intégrer des démarches sociétales dans leurs stratégies. Le Maroc à l’instar de plusieurs pays a saisi l’impact de ces démarches sur le développement économique et social du pays, et l’importance de souscrire à l’idéologie de développement durable et de manifester leur responsabilité sociale vis-à-vis de ses parties prenantes. L’objet de cet article est de mettre en lumière le cadre institutionnel de la RSE existant au Maroc, et ce en mettant en évidence les dispositifs d’encouragement pour la promotion de la RSE ainsi que les principaux intervenants qui peuvent aider les entreprises marocaines à être plus flexible pour s’ajuster rapidement aux changements de l’environnement. The current craze for corporate social responsibility (CSR) can be explained by the effects of globalization and major environmental and social disasters. Thus, the international organizations, regional, national as well have taken initiatives in this subject in order to encourage companies to engage and integrate societal approaches in their strategies. The Morocco like several countries seized the impact of these initiatives on the economic and social development, and the importance of subscribing to the ideology of sustainable development and to demonstrate their social responsibility towards their stakeholders. The purpose of this article is to bring out the institutional framework of CSR in Morocco, and emphasizing the features of encouragement for the promotion of CSR and key contributors that can help Moroccan firms be more flexible to adjust quickly to changes in the environment. |
