| المستخلص: | هدف المقال إلى التعرف على اكتئاب الأطفال من وجهة نظر التحليل النفسي، وبدأ بعرض مقدمة مختصرة عن تعريف اكتئاب الأطفال، ثم أرفق به نبذة عن أثاره شديدة السلبية والخطر على حياة الطفل، حيث أن اكتئاب الأطفال اضطراب خطير يعوق تطور نمو الطفل في المجالات النمائية المختلفة كالجوانب الجسمية، النفسية، العقلية، الأكاديمية، والاجتماعية كما يزيد من احتمالية اقدام الطفل على الانتحار، ثم تم مناقشة الجدل الذي استمر لعقود طويلة حول إمكانية إصابة الطفل بالاكتئاب، والذي أدى لتباين وجهات النظر حوله فتراوحت ما بين إنكار حدوثه لدى الأطفال وبين إنكار حدوثه لدى الأطفال وبين تأكيد أنه من الممكن للطفل أن يكتئب، ولتحقيق الفهم العميق لاكتئاب الأطفال من المنظور التحليلي تم البدأ بذكر بعض أهم وجهات نظر علماء التحليل النفسي الخاصة بالاكتئاب عند الراشدين، أعقب ذلك عرض اسهامات مجموعة من العلماء البارزين الذين اهتموا بدراسة اكتئاب الأطفال وهم أبراهام، شبيتز، كلاين، بولبي، ساندلر وجوفي. The article aimed to identify the childhood depression from the point of view of psychoanalysis, it have been started with a brief introduction of the definition of the childhood depression, Then, it have enclosed with a brief of childhood's depression negative and dangerous effects on the child. Since depression in children is a serious disorder that retards the development of the child in different developmental areas as physical, psychological, mental, academic, social aspects. And it increases the possibility that child commit suicide. Then it have been discussed the controversy that lasted for decades about the possibility of suffering children from depression, which led to the divergence of views around the depression in children. These views ranged between denying and confirming its occurrence. In order to achieve a deep understanding of childhood depression from the psychoanalytic perspective, it has been started with mentioning the most important psychoanalyst's views about depression in adults. It has been followed by presentation of contributions made by a group of psychoanalysts who were interested in studying childhood depression, and they are: Abraham, Spitz, klien, Bowlby, Sandler & Joffe. |
