| المستخلص: | The provision of library services to students in traditional ways has become a huge burden on schools in light of the increasing breakthrough in online publishing activities. In light of this dilemma, it is necessary to search for mechanisms to cope with rapid changes to motivate students to self-study and research to produce knowledge to serve the learning process. The study dealt with the theoretical background about the real situation of school libraries in the West Bank, and ways of developing and updating them through a central project for school libraries managed by the Central Library of the Ministry (National Institute for Educational Training Library) giving authority of schools through the web to manage their traditional libraries. This includes: lending and borrowing through librarians through a unified index and online content. All new feeds are delivered through the central library and distributed to all schools at home via the libsys. Web system, which providents and save money in the purchase of books and increase the diversity and makes the relationship and benefit between the clusters of school in the exchange of information vessels and success stories. This, in turn, will enable schools in Palestine to benefit from a larger source of information with no need to possess or have more than one copy of the source. In addition, the effort spent in the preparation and induction will be limited to one-time performance, all are inparalled with, financial and restrictive rules at the ministry of education in Palestine that are related to this purpose. Descriptive, has been used in this research analytical. هدف البحث التعرف إلى آليات مواكبة التغيرات السريعة لتحفيز الطلبة على التعلم الذاتي والبحث؛ لإنتاج المعرفة بما يخدم عملية التعلم. وقد تناول البحث خلفية نظريه عن واقع المكتبات المدرسية في الضفة الغربية، وسبل تطويرها وتحديثها من خلال مشروع مركزي للمكتبات المدرسية يتم إدارته من المكتبة المركزية للوزارة (مكتبة المعهد الوطني للتدريب التربوي) مع إعطاء صلاحيات للمدارس عبر الويب لإدارة مكتباتهم التقليدية من إعارة وإرجاع من خلال أمناء المكتبات أو قيم المكتبة، من خلال فهرس موحد ومحتوى إلكتروني واحد على الشبكة، والتزود بكل جديد يتم من خلال المكتبة المركزية وتعمم على جميع المدارس في الوطن عبر نظام (libsys. Web) بما يوفر المال في شراء الكتب، ويزيد من تنوعها، ويفعل العلاقة والمنفعة بين العناقيد المدرسية في مجال تبادل أوعية المعلومات وقصص النجاح، وهذا سوف يمكن مدارس الوطن من الاستفادة من كم أكبر من مصادر المعلومات دون الحاجة إلى تكرار اقتناء المصدر بأكثر من نسخة، علاوة على أن الجهد المبذول في الإعداد والتهيئة سيكتفي بأدائه لمرة واحدة، كل ذلك وفق صور تنظيمية، ومالية، وقانونية موجهة لذلك الغرض. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي مع التركيز على منهج التحليل الوثائقي للبيانات التي تم جمعها. |
