| المستخلص: | تناولت هذه الدراسة معوقات إتمام بعثة أعضاء هيئة التدريس السعوديين في الجامعات الأجنبية حيث سعت في أهدافها لمعرفة المعوقات التي تخص المبتعثة ومرافقها والملحقيات والجهات التعليمية في بلد الابتعاث ومعرفة السبب الرئيس في انقطاع البعثة والعودة للوطن قبل الحصول على الدرجة المطلوبة وأجريت الدراسة على جميع من انقطعت بعثته في الكليات الإنسانية في الأقسام النسائية في جامعة الملك سعود ممن عادوا لعملهم كأعضاء هيئة تدريس في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2018 وبلغ عددهم 42 مبتعثة وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: معوقات تخص المبتعثة حيث أكدت جميع المبتعثات وبنسبة 100% عدم تلقيهن دورات قبل الابتعاث عن بلد الابتعاث وإجراءات الإقامة هناك وما يترتب عليه من مستلزمات، و أكدت 66.7 % عدم تقبلهن الانتقال من الوطن بسهولة، و71.4 % واجهن مشكلات مالية و66.7% واجهن مشكلات إدارية، و61.9 % واجهن مشكلات أكاديمية و71.4 % واجهن مشكلات نفسية، و61.9% واجهن مشكلات مع المرافقين لهن في البعثة. و61.9 % أكدت أنهن واجهن عنصرية في بلد الابتعاث. أما المعوقات التي تخص مرافق المبتعثة فقد أكدت النتائج أن ما نسبته 71.4% من مرافقي المبتعثات لم يتقبلوا المجتمع الجديد، وأكدت 61.9 % منهن أن المرافق قد كان عبئا عليها ولم يكن عنصرا مساعدا. كما أكد 52.4% منهن أن المرافقين لم يقدموا لهن الدعم النفسي لتجاوز العقبات، كما أكدت 57.1 % منهن أن المرافقين كانوا يلومونهن على قرار الابتعاث كلما حصلت مشكلة. أما المعوقات التي تخص الملحقيات فقد أكدت 76.2 % من المبتعثات أن الموظفين المعنيين بشؤون الطلاب المبتعثين غير موجودين دائما في أوقات عملهم في الملحقيات، كما أكدت 90.5 % منهن أن الموظفين لم يتميزوا بسرعة إنجاز المعاملات. كما أكدت 71.4 % منهن أنهم لم يتدخلوا بسرعة لحل العقبات التي واجهتهن، وأكدت 71.4% منهن أنهم لا يتواصلون الكترونيا بسرعة بل تميزوا بالبطء. أما المعوقات التي تخص الجهات التعليمية في بلد الابتعاث فقد أكدت 52.4% منهن مواجهة استغلال مادي من معاهد اللغة. أما عن السبب الرئيس لانقطاع بعثتهن وعدم إتمامها فقد حصل المرافق على أعلى نسبة كمسبب لانقطاع بعثاتهن وذلك بنسبة 52.4 % ويليه أداء الملحقيات كسبب لانقطاع البعثات بنسبة 23.8 %. This study examines the obstacles that faces the Saudi faculty members to complete of the mission in foreign universities. The objective of this study concerns the obstacles faces the student or her escort (muhram), consulates, and educational institutions in the country of scholarship. Therefore, to find out the main reason for the interruption of the mission and return home before obtaining the required degree. The study was conducted on all those who interrupted his mission in the humanities colleges in the women's section at King Saud University. Who came back to their work again before having the degree and all of them of the examinees are from the first semester of 2018 academic year. The study examined 42 student and it showed that: Obstacles related to the students themselves, as 100% of them complained that they didn't receive any courses before going to the scholarship about the country and residence there and Consequent for living there. 66.7% didn't accept easily leaving their hometown, and 71.4% faced financial problems. 66.9% faced administrative problems, 61.9% faced academic problems, 71.4% had psychological problems, 61.9% had problems with their escort (muhram) in the mission, and 61.9% said they faced racism in the country of scholarship. As for the obstacles related to the educational facilities, the results showed that 71.4% of the new entrants did not accept the new society. 61.9% of them confirmed that heir escort (muhram) were burdensome and were not helpful, and 52.4% said that they companions did not provide psychological support to overcome obstacles. 57.1% of them confirmed that the escorts were blaming them for the scholarship decision whenever there was a problem. As for the obstacles facing the apprenticeships, 76.2% of the students confirmed that the employees concerned with students' affairs are not always present at the time of their work in the apprenticeships. Seventy-one percent (71.4%) said they did not intervene quickly to solve the obstacles they faced. 71.4% of them said that they do not communicate electronically, but rather slow. The obstacles to educational institutions in the country of scholarship have been confirmed by 52.4% of them facing financial exploitation from language schools. As for the main reason for the interruption of their mission and not to complete it, the escort (muhram) received the highest percentage as a reason for the interruption of their missions by 52.4% followed by the performance of the missions as a reason for the interruption of missions by 23.8% |
