| المستخلص: | Efficient distribution of secondary educational services in Al-Rasheed Municipality (Baghdad- Iraq) using Geographic Information Systems (Gis) For the year 2016-2017 By Donia Waheed Abdul Almir al-kaissi Educational services are an effective tool of cultural and social research and their role in the development of culture and its development in defining the general features of society. Therefore, planning in educational services is a necessity that is imperative social and economic conditions in which the Arab society in general and the Iraqi society in particular. The importance of this study is to identify the reality of the secondary education services in the municipality of Rasheed and determine how to distribute them and their adequacy in providing the necessary service to the population at the level of residential neighborhoods in the municipality. Al-Rashid Municipality suffers from a large imbalance in the size and distribution of educational services at the level of secondary education provided to the population in general, and this deficiency is due to weak planning visions and the absence of future plans that take into consideration the size of the city's population. The study relies on data available from the Ministry of Education / Karkh II) (Ministry of Education / Educational Statistics Division for the year 2016-2017 تعد الخدمات التعليمية أداة فعالة من أدوات البحث الحضاري والاجتماعي ودورها في تنمية الثقافة وتطورها في تحديد الملامح العامة للمجتمع. لذا فإن التخطيط في الخدمات التعليمية يعتبر ضرورة حتمتها الظروف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي يعيش فيها المجتمع العربي عامة والمجتمع العراقي بصورة خاصة. وتبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع خدمات التعليم الثانوي في بلدية الرشيد وتحديد كيفية توزيعها ومدى كفايتها في تقديم الخدمات اللازمة للسكان على مستوى الأحياء السكنية في البلدية. إذ تعاني بلدية الرشيد من خلل كبير في حجم وتوزيع الخدمات التعليمية على المستوى التعليم الثانوية المقدمة للسكان بشكل عام وهذا القصور ناتج عن ضعف الرؤى التخطيطية وغياب الخطط المستقبلية التي تأخذ بنظر الاعتبار حجم سكان المدينة إذ تعتمد الدراسة على البيانات المتوفرة من (وزارة التربية/ مديرية تربية الكرخ الثانية) (وزارة التربية/ شعبة الإحصاء التربوي للعام 2016 – 2017). |
