| المستخلص: | شهد مطلع القرن العشرين تزايدا في الاهتمام بذوي القدرات المرتفعة من الأفراد، ورغم اختلاف المصطلحات التي استخدمت لوصف هؤلاء الأفراد من بلد إلى آخر، إلا أن كثيرا من المتخصصين في التربية وعلم النفس نبهوا إلى ضرورة اجراء البحوث والدراسات العلمية بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل الوسائل التي تساعد على اكتشافهم وكذلك محاولة إعداد البرامج التربوية الملائمة لرعايتهم وتنمية قدراتهم بما يعود بالنفع على المجتمع والمتفوقين أو الموهوبين أنفسهم. إن هذا البحث يهدف إلى تحسيس الأهل بدورهم التربوي وإلى مساعدتهم على التعرف على مواهب أطفالهم ومعرفة خصوصياتهم وخصائصهم النفسية والعقلية والاجتماعية وكيفية أدائه أمام أهم المشكلات التي تعترض نمو موهبة الطفل وتفوقه. The early 20th century witnessed an increase in the interest of high-potential individuals, and despite the different terms used to describe these individuals from one country to another, many educators in psychology and education pointed to the need for research and scientific studies in order to reach the best means Helps to discover them as well as try to prepare educational programs suitable for their care and development of their abilities for the benefit of society and the best or talented themselves.
