| 520 | |a ترتبط حروف المعاني كغيرها من أقسام الكلم في التراث اللساني العربي ارتباطا وثيقا بمستويين معرفيين، الأول دلالي يروم تحصيل المعاني الوضعية لهذه الحروف بحصر دلالاتها في أصل اللغة. والكلام في هذا المستوى أو الباب تجد الحديث فيه مستفيضا عند النحوي والأصولي، والثاني: استعمالي أو تخاطبي أو تداولي- باصطلاح العصر- ينهض على تحليل الملفوظ اللساني انطلاقا من الأسيقة التي يرد فيها.\nومن سمات هذا المستوى ارتكازه على النمط الاستدلالي والمنطلق الحجابي في توجيه وتأويل النصوص، وأكثر ما تجد الحديث في هذا المستوى عند علماء أصول الفقه. لذلك آثرنا البحث فيه من خلال مدونة جمال الدين الإسنوي "الكوكب الدرى في تخريج الفروع الفقهية على المسائل النحوية" عن طريق بيان أثر القواعد التداولية في توجيه دلالات حروف الجر عند تضامها مع أقسام الكلم في بنية الخطاب.\nوخلص البحث إلى أن الأصولي قد قدم لنا الأدوات الإجرائية التي تعين المتلقي على تأويل النصوص، كاعتبار القصد الحجاجي منشئا للمعني، وأن حمل الكلام على فائدة أولي من إلغائه، وأن اللجوء إلى القيوم السياقية والمقتضيات المقامية والمبادئ الخطابية يساعد على استخلاص اللوازم التي تخدم إدراك الفائدة الإخبارية والغرض التواصلي، وأن التنبه إلى المضمرات يفضي إلى اتخاذ القرار الصائب اتجاه ما يعرض على الأصولي من خطابات، وغير ذلك من الأدوات التي أضحت تشكل مركز اهتمام الفكر التداولي الغربي الحديث والمعاصر. | ||
| 520 | |f The letters of meanings like other parts of the word in the Arabic linguistic heritage are closely related to two levels of knowledge. The first is semantic, which aims to obtain the created meanings of these letters by limiting their semantics to the origin of the language. Speaking at this level or section, you find the discussion in which it is discussed extensively in writing of grammarian and jurisprudent. The second is Regularization, conversational or pragmatic— by the term of the era — is based on the analysis of the lingual speech based on the context in which it is mentioned.\nOne of the features of this level is that it is based on the evidentiary pattern and the diaphragmatic approach in explaining and interpreting texts. Most of the discussion is mentioned in this level by the scholars of the fundamentals of fiqh. Therefore, we chose to research it through Jamal al-Din al-Isnawi's collection, “al kawab al dura fi takhij al foro'e al fiqhiyah 'ela al msa'el al nahwiyah” by explaining the effect of pragmatic rules in directing the semantics of prepositions when joining them with the types of words in the structure of the communication.\nThe research concluded that jurisprudent has provided us with procedural tools that help the recipient interpret texts, such as considering the intention of the argumentation as the source of the meaning, that making speech has the primary benefit of repealing it, and that resorting to contextual terms, verbatim requirements and rhetorical principles helps to extract the supplies that serve the perception of informative benefits and communicative purpose, Attention to the secrets leads to the right decision in the direction of the discourses presented to the jurisprudents and other instruments that have become the focus of modern and contemporary Western pragmatic thinking.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
