| 520 | |b This research aimed at identifying the factors that cause early retirement of the male and female teachers in the public schools at Balqa District from their perspective. The sample of the study consisted of 75 male and female teachers of early retirement representing 5% of the population of the study, which consisted of 1500 male and female teachers who were retired early. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach and the analytic one were applied using a questionnaire and analyzing its data. The significant results were as follows: The level of the factors that cause early retirement of the male and female teachers of the public schools in Jordan was moderate with (75.34%). In light of these results, the research recommended the following: The necessity of paying attention to the materialistic, social, healthy, psychological and job circumstances of the public schools’ teachers in Jordan through looking for ways that help in Mitigation of the factors causing early retirement. | ||
