| المستخلص: | مدار هذا البحث في مسألة من مسائل (الفقه) الشائكة التي تحتاج إلى تحرير وتحقيق: من حيث بيان الأسباب التي تبيح ذلك، لتكرر هذا الأمر في حياة الناس واحتياجهم لذلك، وكثرة الاختلافات التي تقع بسببها وقد اشتمل على تمهيد وسبعة مباحث وخاتمة: فأما التمهيد فهو في بيان مواضع الاتفاق والاختلاف في المسألة. • وأما المباحث السبعة فهي: 1- الجمع بعذر المطر. 2- الجمع بالثلج والبرد. 3- الجمع بالوحل (وهو الطين الرقيق). 4- الجمع للريح. 5- الجمع بالمرض. 6- الجمع في الزلازل والخوف العام. 7- الجمع بغير سبب. • ثم جاءت خاتمة البحث لتلخص أهم النتائج المتوصل إلهيا؛ ومنها: 1- ترجح جواز الجمع بسبب المطر بين صلاتي النهار –الظهر والعصر- وبين صلاتي الليل: المغرب والعشاء، وللثلج والبرد، وبالوحل، وفي الريح الشديدة، وللمريض، وفي الخوف الشديد. 2- ترجح جواز الجمع بغير سبب مما سبق – قال به بعض الأئمة كابن سيرين وابن المنذر وأبي إسحاق المروزي وغيرهم- لكن بشرط ألا يتخذ ذلك عادة. The research is dealing with some of the Fiqh issues that need to be edited and investigate. This is because people need for it, and because of the many differences that they fall in. The research included a preface and seven investigations and conclusion. The preface is to clarify the agreement and disagreement in the issue. * The seven issues are: 1- combining because of rain excuse. 2- combining because of snow and cold. 3- combining because of mud 4- combining because of wind 5- combining because of the disease 6- combining because of earthquakes and fear 7- Combining without reason Finally, the conclusion of the research is to summarize the most important results reached, including: 1- It is permissible to combine between my prayer Al-Nahar, Dhuhr and 'Asr, and between the night prayers: Maghrib and' Isha ', because of the rain, snow, cold, mud, wind, sickness, and in extreme fear. 2- It is permissibe to combine without any of the previous reasons. Said that some of the Imams such as Ibn Siein, Ibn al-Mundhir, Abu Ishaq al-Marwazi and others, But not usually do so.
