About the provisions of Sunnah of Approval, an authentic and applied study on some of the rulings of marriage:\nThe study includes an introduction, preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. \nIntroduction: Openness and Importance of Research and its Plan\nPreface: Definition of Sunnah of Approval and declaration of degrees of denial.\nIt contains two requirements:\nFirst requirement: Definition of Sunnah of Approvals (of Prophet PBUH)\nSecond Requirement: Degrees of Denial\nFirst Chapter: Invocation of the Sunnah of Approvals, its conditions, degrees, and forms, Approval of Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by words, deeds and non-objection.\nIt contains four requirements\nSayings of Islamic scholars and their proofs in invoking Sunnah of Approvals\nThe second requirement: the requirement of those who invoke the Sunnah of Approvals to prove the Islamic rulings.\nThird Requirement: Degrees of Approval and its forms\nFourth Requirement: Approval of Prophet (PBUH) ) by words, deeds, and non-opposition.\nSecond Chapter: Samples from the approvals of the Prophet (PBUH) in marriage rules.\nIt contains several requirements:\nFirst Requirement: Approval of Prophet (PBUH) on Daff beating and permissible singing\nSecond Requirement: Approval of Prophet (PBUH) on seclusion of woman\nThird Requirement: Approval of Prophet (PBUH) on women gifting her turn to her sister-wife\nFourth Requirement: Approval of Prophet (PBUH) on marrying without dowry\nConclusion: Important conclusions and recommendation. \nMay Allah guide me to what is right, and make me overcome the difficulties, and make this work purely for Him, and beneficial for people, He is the guardian and able to do that.
