| المستخلص: | لقد أنزل الله تعالى الشريعة الإسلامية لتحقيق مصالح العباد، ودفع المفاسد عنهم في العاجل والآجل، ولهذا فما من حكم في الشريعة إلا وقد جاء محققا لمصلحة، أو دافعا لمفسدة، أو محققا لهما معا، وعلى هذا الأساس فقد فرض الله تعالى الحجاب، ليحقق مصالح عظيمة، ويدفع مفاسد. كبيرة، ولعل أبرز تلك المقاصد: هو ما يتضمنه الحجاب من تدبير وقائي من الوقع في الفاحشة، أو ما يقرب إليها من مغريات التبريج والخلاعة.\nكما فرض الله تعالى الحجاب ستر للعورة، ودرءا للفتنة، وحماية للمدرة من أذى الفاسقين الذين يتحرشون بالنساء، وفى الحجاب: محافظة على كرمة للمدرة وإظهارها في شكل يتسم بالعفاف، ويبعدها عن مظاهر التبرج الجاهلي ويساعدها على الاستقرار النفسي بإبعادها عن اللهث مضطرة في إبراز مفاتنها للرجال.\nوالحجاب يصون الرجال من أذى التبرج الذي قد يثير غرائزهم كما يساعد في تطهير قلوب الرجال من الخواطر الشيطانية والهواجس النفسانية الغني يأتي بها النظر إلى المتبرجات، كما يساعد الحجاب الرجال على الاستقرار النفسي بجعلهم ينظرون إلى محاسن الأجنبيات، ويقارنون بينهن وبين زوجاتهم، وقد يجدون في غير زوجاتهم من الصفات ما يثير عندهم الحسرة أو التطلع إلى غير نسائهم. Allah revealed Islamic sharia to achieve the interests of the people and to keep the evil deeds away from them both in Here and Hereafter. Hence there is no ruling in Shariah unless it has been revealed to achieve a good interest, or keep away an evil deed, or achieve both of them together. Based on that Allah made wearing Hijab mandatory so that great interests can be accomplished and evil deeds are kept away. Among the great purposes of wearing Hijab is the preventive measure which it carries against falling in adultery or its closer temptations and immoral behaviour. \nIn addition to that, Allah has imposed the veil to cover the private parts, prevent temptation, and protect the Hijab-wearing women from the harm of the transgressors who molest women. Hijab maintains the modest of its wearer and shows her in a form characterized by virtue, and keeps her away from the manifestations of ignorant display and helps her psychological stability by keeping her away from the pursuit of showing her charms for men.\nHijab safeguards men from the harm of display by women, which may provoke their instincts. It also helps cleanse men's hearts of demonic thoughts and psychological obsessions which may be caused by looking at the unveiled women. Hijab also helps men in their psychological stability, as looking at alien women and comparing their features with their own wives could result in sorrow and aspiration toward the women who are not their wives. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
