| المستخلص: | تناولت هذا البحث فقه السياسة الشرعية عند الإمام الباجي من خلال التعريف بمدلول السياسة الشرعية والتعريف أيضاً بشخصية الإمام الباجي والبيئة السياسية التي نشأ فيها ورؤيته السياسية الموصولة بهذا الواقع وذلك من خلال النظر في النصائح والتوجيهات التي أبرزها مع مشاركته في الحياة السياسية بصورة واسعة، وقد اتضح من خلال البحث قوة شخصية الإمام وما امتاز به من رؤية سياسية واسعة وعميقة عبرت عن رأي أهل السنة في الموقف من السلطان تعاونا ونصحا وارشادا، مع الاهتمام بالتواصل مع قضايا المجتمع ذلك أن العالم والإمام الذي يلجأ اليه الناس في الفتوى وفي تلقي العلوم الشرعية ينبغي أن يمتاز بمخالطة المجتمع، ومعايشة قضاياه حتى يصل الرأي الفقهي بالواقع ومشكلاته، والسياسة هي المدخل لذلك، كما برز خصوصية المذهب المالكي وهو المتميز في تناوله لقضايا المقاصد وسد الذرائع والسياسة الشرعية وفقه النوازل مما كان له أثره على ذهنية الإمام الباجي السياسية. This research deals with the jurisprudence of Islamic politics at the Imam Baji through the definition of the meaning of Islamic politics and the definition is also the character of Imam Baji and political environment in which the political vision linked grew up with this fact, and so by looking at the tips and guidance notably with his participation in the political life broadly, it has been shown to by searching personal Imam strength and excelled its political vision and wide and deep voiced the opinion of the Sunnis in the position of the Sultan cooperation Advice and guidance, with interest in communion with the issues of society so that the world and the Imam, who turn to the people in the advisory opinion and to receive forensic science should be characterized by associating community, and live with their issues until it reaches the opinion idiosyncratic reality and its problems, and politics is the entrance to it, has emerged as the privacy of the Maliki school is something special in addressing the issues intents and plug loopholes and political legitimacy and the jurisprudence of calamity which had an impact on the mentality of Imam Baji political. |
