| المستخلص: | إذا وقع الاختلاف بين المفسرين في معنى آية؛ لاختلافهم في نوع تلك الآية أمكية هي أم مدنية؟ فأولى الأقوال بالترجيح: القول الذي يُفسر الآية وفق نوع سورتها دون استثناء لها من عموم السورة؛ لأن الأصل أن السورة المكية آياتها كلها مكية، والسورة المدنية آياتها كلها مدنية، والاستثناء خلاف الأصل، إلا أن تقوم حجة بينة، أو دليل واضح على استثناء إحدى الآيات من نوع سورتها. البحث عرض لـ (قاعدة القول الذي يتفق مع نوع السورة أولى من غيره) تأصيلاً لها من كلام المفسرين، وتمثيلاً لها من خلال دراسة ثمان آيات اختلف المفسرون في معناها لاختلافهم في مكية الآية أو مدنيتها، وظهر للباحث أن أولى الأقوال بالترجيح: القول الذي يتفق ونوع السور.. وأشار الباحث إلى ضوابط وقرائن ينبغي مراعاتها عند الاختلاف في نوع الآية؛ لئلا تنتزع الآية من نوع سورتها دول دليل قاطع. If interpreters had a dispute over the meaning of an aya; a difference on the type of that Ayas whether Medinan or Meccan? The saying most likely acceptable: the saying that interprets the aya according to its type, without any exception from the aya in general, being that the Meccan sura has Meccan ayas only, and the Medinan suras have only Medinan ayas, exception other than origin, unless there is a clear argument, or clear evidence of the exclusion of one of the ayas of the type of sura. The research presented a rooting for (The rule of saying that what confirms to the type of sura is better than any other thing) from deriving the interpreters' words and a representation for it through the study of the meaning of eight ayas, over which interpreters had difference concerning their meanings arising from their dispute whether they were Medinan or Meccan. The researcher thinks that the best saying to be adopted is the one that confirms to the type of sura. The researcher pointed to the controls and evidence to be considered when the there is a difference about the type of aya; lest the aya would not be taken out of its type without a clear evidence. |
