| المستخلص: | The people have always possessed power over sovereignty and power. No one can deny that behind a misunderstanding on the part of the representative of power is a revolution. Thus, the study of translations of political discourses reveals some problems: linguistic and political questions. This relationship of the dominated / dominant always appears in the political discourses and with various processes which privilege this relation. The greatness of power is always highlighted through political speeches. It will become the tool to measure the policy of a country. |
