| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين هوية الأنا والأمن الفكري لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طيبة بالمدينة المنورة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (203) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وطبق عليهم مقياس الأمن الفكري لصايغ (2005)، ومقياس هوية الأنا لمرسي (2001)، وأشارت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:-\n\tتوجد علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد هوية الأنا والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، وبين جميع أبعاد الأمن الفكري والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، فيما عدا بعد (الاستقلالية والتفرد) فلم تكن هناك علاقة مع بعد (الحوار).\n\tوجود فروق دالة بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في أبعاد هوية الأنا وفي الدرجة الكلية للمقياس لصالح الذكور.\n\tتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات جميع أبعاد هوية الأنا وفي الدرجة الكلية للمقياس لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذي كانت أعمارهم (أكثر من 50 سنه).\n\tعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات المجموعات في مقياس هوية الأنا بأبعاده تبعا لعدد سنوات الخبرة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين عدد سنوات خبرتهم (أكثر من 26 سنه) فيما عدا بعد )الاستقلالية والتفرد) فقد انعدمت الفروق بين المجموعات.\n\tوجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أبعاد هوية الأنا والدرجة الكلية للمقياس بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعاً لدرجاتهم العلمية لصالح الأعضاء الحاصلين على درجة الدكتوراه، فيما عدا بعد (الاضطلاع بدور اجتماعي) فلم توجد فروقاً بين المجموعات.\n\tعدم وجود فروق دالة بين متوسطي درجات الذكور والإناث في الأمن الفكري وفي الدرجة الكلية للمقياس.\n\tعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الأمن الفكري تبعاً لأعمار أفراد العينة.\n\tتوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعات في الأمن الفكري بأبعاده تبعا لعدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح الأعضاء الذين كانت خبرتهم (أكثر من 26 سنه).\n\tتوجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأبعاد وفي الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الأمن الفكري لأعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعاً لدرجاتهم العلمية لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس الحاصلين على درجة الدكتوراه.\nوفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات منها ضرورة تصميمها كل من إدارة الجودة وإدارة التخطيط والتطوير، والاهتمام ببرامج إدارة الذات لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية خاصة مهارات الحوار والأهداف والتخطيط والتقويم وإدراجها ضمن خطة التدريب التربوي.\n This study aimed to find out the relationship between the identity of the ego and the intellectual security of the faculty members at Taibah University in Medina, \nThe study sample consisted of 203 faculty members, selected in a random manner. The study applied the intellectual security measure of Sayegh (2005) and the Ego Identity Measure of Morsi (2001) to them. The study indicated the following:\nThere is a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of the identity of the ego and the overall degree of the scale, and between all dimensions of intellectual security and the overall degree of the scale, except the (autonomy and exclusivity) dimension, there was no relationship with the (dialogue) dimension.\nThere are significant differences between the average grades of male and female in the dimensions of the identity of the ego and in the overall degree of the scale in favour of males.\nThere are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of all dimensions of the identity of ego and in the total score of the scale in favour of faculty members who were aged (over 50 years).\nThe study showed no statistically significant differences between the average score of groups in the Ego Identity Scale with its dimensions depending on the number of years of experience of faculty members in favour of faculty members whose years of experience are (more than 26 years, except the dimension of (independence and exclusivity) as there have been no differences between groups.\nThere are no significant differences between the average male and female scores in intellectual security and in the overall score of the scale.\nThere are no statistically significant differences between the average of all dimensions and the total score of the intellectual security measure depending on the age of the sample respondents.\nThere are significant statistical differences between the average scores of groups in intellectual security with its dimensions depending on the number of years of experience in favour of members who had (more than 26 years) of experience.\nThere are statistically significant differences between the average of dimensional degrees and in the total score of the intellectual security measure of faculty members depending on their degrees in favour of faculty members who have a PhD degree.\nIn light of the study results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including the need to design both quality management and planning and development management, and attention should be given to self-management programs for faculty members, especially dialogue skills, goals, planning and evaluation and inclusion within the educational training plan.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 |
