| المستخلص: | تعد عملية تقييم الأداء في الوحدات الاقتصادية من المواضيع الهامة لان هذه العملية تعبر عن اسلوب الوحدة الاقتصادية في استثمار مواردها المتاحة وفقأ لمعايير واعتبارات متعلقة بأهدافها في ظل مجموعه من المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية التي تتفاعل معها الوحدة الاقتصادية في سعيها تحقيق كفاءتها، ومن هنا لابد من البحث عن افصل اساليب تقييم الاداء التي تغير في نتيجة هذه الاحداث ، وتعد بطاقة الاداء المتوازن من ادوات التسيير الحديثة التي تتم بواسطتها ترجمة رسالة الوحدة الاقتصادية الى اهداف ومقاييس تقوم على اربع ركائز اساسية (محاور) المالي، الزبون، العمليات الداخلية، التعلم والنمو، والتي تعمل بشكل متبادل فيما بينها لتوفر التغذية العكسية لأهداف الوحدة، ومن هنا فأن البحث يركز على كيفية استخدام بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء، ويقوم البحث على فرضية أساسية مفادها إمكانية استخدام بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في تقييم الاداء وحدة الفندق من شأنه الوصول الى نتائج افصل والمحافظة على المكانة السوقية للوحدة واستمرارية انشطتها، ويهدف البحث الى تحديد الدور الاستراتيجي لبطاقة الاداء المتوازن في تقييم الاداء ومن خلال صياغة مقاييس الاداء الرقمية للمحاور الاربعة، ولتحقيق فرضية البحث واهدافه فقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وقامت الباحثة بأجراء دراسة تطبيقية في فندق بغداد الدولي، وتم استخدام بطاقة الاداء من خلال مناظيرها الاربع الاساسية في عملية تقييم الاداء لفندق بغداد ، وقد تم التوصل الى جملة من الاستنتاجات عرضت في متنه واهمها عند احتساب نسبة التداول وجدنا هنالك ضعف فيها اذ يجب ان يكون اهتمام ادارة الوحدة الاقتصادية بعملية تقييم الاداء باعتبارها مرحلة اساسية من مراحل الرقابة حين أنها تمثل مخرجات لوظيفة الرقابة و أن عملية تقييم الاداء تكون شاملة لجميع الانشطة والمستويات وهذا يؤدي الى نتائج مثمرة في مجال الاستغلال الامثل للموارد المتاحة على نظام الوحدة الاقتصادية. بينما تم التوصل الى اهم التوصيات اهما: ضرورة الاهتمام بطريقة بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في عملية تقييم الاداء في الوحدات الفندقية لتعدد الانشطة في تلك الخدمات وضرورة الاهتمام نوعية المعلومات المقدمة، كذلك ضرورة عمل على أسعار الغرف لدى الفندق عينة الدراسة نتيجة للاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه، والنتائج التي اشارت الى ضرورة تخفيض اسعار الغرف. The research reached a number of conclusions presented in the board and the most important when calculating the ratio of trading, Management of the economic entity in the process of performance evaluation as a basic stage of control when it represents the outputs of the function of control The process of performance evaluation is comprehensive for all activities and levels and this leads to fruitful results in the field of optimal utilization of available resources on the system M Economic entity.
