| المستخلص: | This study aimed at find out the viewpoint of the managers of institutions toward the public relations activities of the territorial application of the Sudanese Telecommunications Company. The importance of the study on the importance of the activities of the public relations department of the institution of Sudanese, as well as clarify the trends and perspectives of the directors of the Departments Sudanese institution toward activities and means of communication used in the institution by the public relations. The descriptive approach was the use of the research Sample The sample was selected in the search of the willful sample of directors and heads of departments of Sudanese foundation for communications in a manner fallure, one of the non-probability sample selected by the researcher to obtain certain information not be obtained only the category in question, the distribution of the search form number 40 expatriates from the harmony of the number 10 was distributed to senior management forms the foundation refused delivered by researcher, the researcher has received a number of 30 application form. The researcher used the resolution as a basic tool in the search, which also using all of the corresponding tool of observation during her visit to the institution's web site. The study came to several conclusions: The study showed dissatisfaction with the directors of the departments of the Sudanese company of public relations in the organizational structure of the company work should not be confined public relations on the side of coordination only ،and the study showed dissatisfaction with the directors of the departments of the Sudanese company of public relations in the organizational structure of the company. The most important recommendations of the study: The study recommended the importance of public relations in the organizational structure of the Sudanese company in the management of separate and distinct effective participation in decision-making. and recommendation of the public relation of the Sudanese company Attention. (public relations , organizational, dissatisfaction , Sudanese Telecommunications Company). هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة وجهة نظر مديري الإدارات بالمؤسسات تجاه أنشطة العلاقات العامة بالتطبيق على شركة سوداني للاتصالات. وتتمثل أهمية الدراسة في مدى أهمية الأنشطة التي تقوم بها إدارة العلاقات العامة بمؤسسة سوداني، وكذلك توضح اتجاهات ووجهات نظر مديري الإدارة بمؤسسة سوداني نحو الأنشطة ووسائل الاتصال مستخدمة في المؤسسة من قبل العلاقات العامة. تم استخدام منهج الوصفي وكانت عينة البحث العينة القصدية وتم اختيار عينة البحث من مدراء ورؤساء أقسام مؤسسة سوداني للاتصالات بطريقة قصدية وهي أحدي العينات غير الاحتمالية التي يختارها الباحث للحصول على معلومات معينة لا يتم الحصول عليها إلا من تلك الفئة المقصودة، وقد تم توزيع استمارة البحث عدد 40 مبحوثا وكان التألف منها عدد 10 استمارات وزعت على الإدارة العليا وقد استلمت الباحثة عدد 30 استمارة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة باعتباره الأداة الأساسية في البحث، وقد قامت أيضا باستخدام كل من أداة المقابلة والملاحظة من خلال زيارتها لموقع المؤسسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أوضحت الدراسة عدم رضاء مديري الإدارات بشركة سوداني عن وضع العلاقات العامة في الهيكل التنظيمي للشركة كما بينت ضرورة عدم اقتصار عمل العلاقات العامة على جانب التنسيق فقط، كما أوضحت الدراسة عدم رضاء مديري الإدارات بشركة سوداني عن وضع العلاقات العامة في الهيكل التنظيمي للشركة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: وضع العلاقات العامة في الهيكل التنظيمي شركة سوداني في إدارة مستقلة قائمة بذاتها للمشاركة الفعالة في اتخاذ القرارات. |
