| المستخلص: | Every firm wants to be successful. In order to conduct our study well, we adopted a descriptive and analytical approach with two levels. The first concerns the theoretical approach of the main performance elements and its indicators in the form of ratios. In a second time we took two examples of Algerian companies from our region of Béchar: the Sonelgaz group and the Air Algeria company. Presenting broad trends in the analysis of general performance indicators to provide an operational framework for our work in survey firms. Toute entreprise désire être performante. Afin de bien mener notre étude nous avons adopté une démarche descriptive et analytique comportant deux niveaux. Le premier porte sur l’approche théorique des principaux éléments de performance et ses indicateurs sous la forme de ratios. Dans un second temps on a pris deux exemples d’entreprises algériennes de notre région de Béchar : le groupe de Sonelgaz et la compagnie d’Air Algérie. En présentant les grandes tendances portant sur l’analyse des indicateurs généraux concernant la performance afin d’offrir un cadre opérationnel de notre travail dans les entreprises tirées de l’enquête. |
