| المستخلص: | يدور هذه البحث المختصر حول إشكالية من أهم إشكاليات الفكر المعاصر وهي إشكالية المصطلح مبينا كيفية تشكل المصطلح، وملقياً الضوء على أهم إشكاليات المصطلح التي ينجم عنها كثير من تغير الدلالات والمفاهيم سواء كانت ناتجة هذه الإشكاليات عن طريق ترحال المصطلح من لغة إلى لغة أخرى، أو إشكالية هوية المصطلح التي تعتبر المرجع الأصلي في دلالته، هذا إلى جانب التطرق إلى إشكالية تغير دلالة المصطلح أثناء الإعمال والاشتغال في السياقات الثقافية والسياسية المختلفة، وما يرافق ذلك من تحول وتغير في دلالته الأصلية، ويختم هذا البحث في توضيح المنهج العلمي في تناول المصطلح ملقياً الضوء على المنهج الشرعي والمنهج الدلالي. This brief research revolves around one of the most critical problems of contemporary thought, which is the problem related to the "term", indicating how the term is formed. It also sheds light on the most important problems regarding the term, which result in many variations in semantics and concepts, whether these problems are caused by the transfer of this term from one language to another, or the problem is related to the identity of the term, which is considered to be the original reference in its meaning. This is in addition to addressing the problem of changing the significance of the term during the implementation and operation in different cultural and political contexts, and the accompanying transformation and change in its original significance.
